Just had super positive experience with Dan Moore, great technician and communicator. Came our correctly diagnosed and trouble shot the issue. Could not ask for more for an older system.
Could schedule an appointment same day if needed. Technician called to let me know he was on his way. Technician was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions . Determined the issue and gave me a price. Unit was fixed an running in no time. I Have and will continue to recommend Snell to friends and family.

Made an appointment with snell as my hvac system stopped being able to push out cold air. The appointment time was supposed to be 2-6 I received a call at 10 am asking if I could be available earlier I told them I could and they still never came or called back. I tried calling the service team and got transferred three time before the call dropping. I guess the reason the service is free if they are not on time is because they will just not ever show up. Very frustrating when I am dealing with it being 85 degrees in my house and really needed this looked at.
Dan Moore Is Heaven sent! He arrived on-time. Was super knowledgeable & educational. Diagnosed the A/C issue with ease. Very thorough. Fixed the A/C and stayed until he knew the unit was running as it should. I’m so grateful for Dan Moore, for his expertise & professionalism. This is our first time engaging this company, and my wife and I were impressed with the quality of service that was delivered. Dan Moore, the technician that came to check what was wrong with our HVAC was by far the very best I have encountered so far. He knew what to look for, found the source of the problem and proffered the solution. He also saved us money by getting the best price for the parts that was needed. Dan really went above and beyond and even gave us some tips to keep our HVAC running for the longest possible time. I loved the excitement, glow and energy he brought to doing the job. Excellent experience with the installation of a heat pump and air handler. The price was reasonable and Julian was able to schedule next day installation. Highly recommend Snell.
I want to share our experience with them ! After horrible experience with other companies Snell has proven to be professional! The tech guy who came to fix our HVAC is very knowledgeable. He fixed it on his first visit and followed up the nextweek. They even charge less that the bad company we had who visited and charged us multiple times without fixing the problem! The customer service is above and beyond! I love this company! They deserve acknowledgement!
Don't trust that when you make an appointment with them they will keep it. Found out this morning that there are other customers that are more important than my family and instead of getting an urgent plumbing situation taken care of today, they're bumping us till tomorrow. Wish they would have told me that was a possibility because I had other companies that were willing to commit to an appointment today that I turned down. If you're looking for a reliable company that won't screw you over 2 hours before they're supposed to come over for their appointment, look elsewhere.
Mohammad Nassiri gave my a/c system a thorough exam. He was knowledgeable and professional, as well as informative. He showed me what he was doing and answered my questions. He was careful and cleaned everything as he went along. I highly recommend him and the Snell Company.

From the original gentleman that came out to do the estimate, to the installers, and the lovely lady that helped with scheduling the county inspection, the Snell team has been professional through and through. Matthew did the annual summer checkup on my HVAC system. He was extremely professional, efficient, informing me of the food health of my system and what to expect in the next 18 months.
We have a recurring main drain clog that we have to have cleared every 6-8 months. Our usual plumber has charged ~$300 each time to clear this. We called snell this time due to the holiday weekend and they sent a plumber out. He was perfectly nice, but did not have the proper snake to clear the issue. He provided the quote of ~$1,200, 300% more than our other, local Alexandria plumbing company. We were shocked to hear this considering we have had this done so many times in the past for much less. The plumber indicated that they didn't have the proper snake to perform what was required and that this was "the going rate." Suffice to say, we did not move forward with snell. Then, cherry on top, we paid a $100 dispatch charge we did not even know existed. So, we'll take the L on the dispatch charge, but new customers should be aware. Additionally, I would suggest homeowners get multiple quotes before committing to work by snell, as they seem to charge a premium for the same work as compared to other providers.
