Justine set up an appointment for a plumber for us yesterday along with the names and time .. She texted to let us know when he was headed to our house and the approximate time . When Brandon and Aiden arrived ON TIME they used booties over their shoes . We had just put in new floors and my OCD loved that . We were given a price BEFORE they started . While Brandon was working under the sink my husband came in with groceries. While Aiden was waiting to help Brandon he jumped right on in and helped my husband bring the groceries into the house . Brandon showed us the parts he removed and explained why it had failed .In the past the plumbers who have worked on our house have had to take breaks to run to the hardware store to get parts . Brandon worked the entire time and we were amazed he had it done within an hour and a half . They cleaned up and had everything in order when they left . Excellent service . We will be using them again if a plumbing issue comes up .
This week I had my routine, twice a year, ✔️ up of my home's hvac system performed by Bryan and John. I received a phone call prior to their arrival and when they arrived they went straight to work accessing equipment. They both answered my questions thoroughly and enthusiastically. I received a progress report immediately following their visit via email that outlined all information discussed at the visit. Both Bryan and John were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable and I'm very pleased with their visit. Keep up the great work! Best, Cecelia

Today, I was able to meet Josh and Kenny. They were thorough and explained everything so I and my partner could understand. This process was fast and easy. Also their customer service was excellent!!!
Service tech named Luis arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He explained the issues and how he was going to resolve them. Unit was fixed and back running in a short amount of time after resolving a number of issues. I would definitely use Eveready Service Experts again.

The technicians (Kaylee and John) were very professional and courteous. They also provided me with information on the water heater. I am glad that we have Eveready Service Experts for my HVAC needs.
Josh was great. He fixed our AC real quick. He was totally drenched with his own sweat because he was fixing it from our attic. As it turned out, after troble shooting the whole dystem, he found out that it was the smart honeywell thermostat I ordered drom amazon that had some issues. He temporarily replaced it with our old thermostat and our AC is now functioning great. He assured us that once the thermostat replacement from amazon would arrive they would install it for us with alacrity!
Chris and Darren were friendly, professional and took care of my issue with relative ease. They answered all my questions and I had my A/C running in less than an hour. I would give 6 stars if it was an option. June 2023 update—Matt and Jonathan came over and fixed up a clogged drain line. Super friendly, professional and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend.
Luis and John service my AC unit this morning. I received an Awesome customer service experience. They were on time. Worked effectively and explained what they did and confirmed where my cut off valve was located. Best service ever. Thanks again Luis and John

Extremely high cost to do business with this company for a very ordinary service request. Although I have used this company for service on a prior job and was satisfied, I will never consider using them again...complete price gouging. Update: One message left from the Service Operations Manager with Eveready. After three return phone calls with two messages left to contact me and no response, it appears they don't really care to resolve this issue as they originally stated regarding my service dissatisfaction. I do not recommend using this company.
Even though they were running late ( lots of power outages from the night before), Aymari and Callie were very thorough with the service checkup on our two units. They even secured my floor vents which were not snug to the floor after a vent cleaning a few months back and checked our water heater. They were very professional and personable and thoroughly explained the status of both units.
Excellent service and information from Samuel! This is no reflection on Sam and the service he provided. However the schedule and the pricing was different than what was quoted when the service technicians first arrived today. The first service technicians Matt and Alex arrived with the understanding that it was an AC repair and what was requested from the original appt was to fix the water overflow to the pan for the AC. The price was quoted to be $201.00 by Matt and Alex to install the easy jack with a discount for our troubles with scheduling and communication on the companies part. However, the charge was doubled and we paid $400.00.
Kayle was excellent today. She is very good at her stuff. She came in to check my system for an annual checkup. She went above and to make sure all the systems were working correctly and she made her recommendation. My friend recommended I request her and I'm glad I did.
Josh and Matt came out and did a thorough inspection and identified some issues that were very pressing and needed. I would definitely recommend Eveready Service Experts and will certainly use them in the future.
Kenny and Kaylee were my service techs. They were very professional and pleasant. Pricing was great for the "special" tune up and they gave me insight and advice on projects that I may need in the future. I will look to them again in the future.
