Walter was awesome! We woke up Christmas Eve with no heat. Our house was 41 degrees. He called us back right away and came that same day. He was professional and more than fair pricing , especially since it was a holiday. Would definitely recommend!
He diagnosed and fixed a problem when no one else could. Very professional, responsive and kind. He even took the time to show and explain to me what the issue was and how he fixed it. Would definitely recommend !!!

Saturday in August and upper 90’s—(after calling 4 other service companies); I never expected a technician would actually answer the phone! Prepared to sweat it out until Monday, the owner (Walter) actually answered the phone. Within 1 hour of my call—he had a tech at my house who was able to get to the bottom of the issue quickly! I can’t sing his praise enough—didn’t rake me through the coals on price either. I will 100% be a repeat customer!! A++ don’t look any further!
Good company & good people. The tech came the same day & found the problem with my air conditioner. He fixed the capacitor & showed me how to flush the drain quickly & at a reasonable price. I was grateful for the help because I would have had a miserable August night without their quality service. 10/10 would recommend this locally owned & operated business.

I had one of my AC systems go out, in 90 degree weather. I know it would be tough finding someone quickly as everyone would be very busy. I called 4 places, 3 I left messages but Walter answered his cell. He said he would have someone come by the next day, but he called later and said he someone in the area and at least took a look that day. They came out and looked, dirty compressor and possible leak. They came out the next day and cleaned the compressor and coil. It was getting late, dark, so they said they would be out the next morning to check the Freon. They showed up on time and had to charge the system. The coil is very rusty they feel has a small leak. Walter called the manufacture and the coil is on a three month back order. Walters team did what they could to hopefully get us by. So far it is still working a week and and half later, fingers crossed. I would recommend working with Walters HVAC as they are responsive and professional and also have great communications. (Update, I have to laugh, Today I just finally received a callback from one of the companies I left message for, +1 week later and still have not heard from another)
Walter and his crew are amazing, people of integrity, and their work is correctly priced. My dad is a commercial contractor and checked Walter’s work and pricing—it was spot on. Walter is super responsive and was in our home several times without us there—I highly recommend his services.
Walter HVAC provided amazing service. He responded promptly and made a house visit the next day. His service was of high quality and efficiency. He was thorough about what was wrong and helped us figure out what the best option would be to fix our AC. I would easily recommend his work to others. Walter was great - he helped me resolve a plumbing emergency on a rental unit while I was 500 miles away dealing with another emergency. He was on time to an after hours call, side parts weren’t immediately available he worked with my tenant to figure out a schedule to resolve that worked for her, regularly communicated status with me on the repair over several days, resolved the issue to my satisfaction, and was reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend Walter and will definitely be looking to him for future needs.
We noticed our Heating system was not working properly in the middle of a very cold week. Walter was referred to me by another contractor I contacted. I was amazed of how much time he took the time to explain what's going on with the system to me. When he diagnosed the source of the issue, he gave us the option of repairing the current system or replacing it without any pressure. We went for the replacement option as our system was out of warranty (over 11 years old) and the cost of replacement was so competitive, we didn't even get a second quote. I highly recommend Walter. He knows what he's doing!
Walter and his crew installed a very difficult pot filler over my stove (this should have been done during remodel but contractor screwed up). They also moved my dual fuel stove close to the wall where the previous contractor left a 4" gap. I have a very old home with fragile glass tile and they handled the project with delicate care and diligence. In addition they are all professional, honest and a pleasure to have in my home. I will definitely use them again!
Referred to Walter HVAC by a friend and that was best referral I received. Walter and his team went above and beyond helping me flip my new home and worked with me to make sure I got everything I need. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to do renovations.
Walter and his team went over and above any HVAV service. They refurbished our old system, making it work much more efficiently, all the while being courteous, polite and helpful. They came back to do touch ups to the area they worked on and basically redecorated most of our hallway for free while they did it! Every single person on the team was professional and considerate. We often contact Walter for help and advice on all household matters since then and he is always responsive and patient. We consider him a good friend and an exceptional professional.

Walter HVAC Services is fast and trustworthy. Walter installed my mother's hot water heater and she was extremely pleased with his service. Later she had an issue with her shower curtain bar falling down and reached out to Walter. He came the next day with a new shower curtain bar and installed it that day. She was very thankful. Walter puts his customers first and always makes time for them.
Walter and his assistant did an excellent job replacing my hot water heater. They arrived on time, explained what they were doing during the service and completely cleaned up when they were finished. I was struggling with heat and humidity in my shop this Summer and when I finally decided to install AC Walter and his team came to help. Walter was able to fit me in his busy schedule and worked late to finish the job following all the commercial requirements for this type of building in one day. Walter has a lot of experience and definitely knows what he is doing. Great professional, highly recommend!
