Our AC stopped working and after receiving a quote from our maintenance contractor we reached out to Breeze Master to get a second opinion. The first company said our compressor was dead and needed to be replaced, Breeze Master looked at our unit and pretty much instantly found the issue and identified that the compress was fine. The entire process was extremely professional and honest, something that unfortunately seems rare these days. Pricing was very reasonable and well under what we were originally quoted for what would have ended up being the wrong fix. Highly recommend Breeze Master and will be using them again in the future!!!
I needed to get my thermostat changed to a smart thermostat and Kuldeep was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He took the time to make sure the job was done right even though it took longer than initially anticipated. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood all the functions and features of the thermostat. I appreciated his advice and highly recommend him to anyone in need of heating and cooling services.
They were amazing! They responded within an hour of me requesting help and came out the next morning. They fixed my AC and gave some recommendations. They were quick and reasonably priced!

The technicians were great! They explained everything they did before they did it. They suggested reasonable options for remedies and gave guidance rather than just advocating for the most expensive fix. Very responsive, kind, and respectful. I had a great experience with BreezeMaster Inc this week. Raymart was very responsive to my messages and was able to come within 24 hours. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions (since it was my first time having any kind of ac maintenance), which I really appreciated. He was trustworthy and professional. Working with Breeze Master was exactly that... a breeze. They provided incredible professionalism to get my water heater resolved. It first started off with just a thermocouple repair. Once that was replaced, Breeze Master provided great attention to detail to notice the issue was not fixed. They found it was the valve that needed replacement. What did they do? Instantly looked to see who had the piece, picked it up and replaced it in the same day. The result? An extremely satisfied customer getting his water heater fixed and the ability to take hot showers and enjoy the three day weekend. If you ever need any HVAC services from this company, I can say with no doubt that you are in amazing hands. This is now my go to HVAC company if I need any assistance for my house.

I am writing this review after a month. These guys are my go to for anything HVAC related. I am so at peace now that I have found them. They are honest and go beyond your expectations. These other companies will take your money these guys know what they are doing.
