Had a burning smell come through our unit. Juan came through and thoroughly checked our issues to get to the bottom of the problem and when he was done walked me through the small "what to do" in case we ever have a problem in the future. Really appreciate his time and consideration.
Very responsive and professional. New A/C system installed in one day. Gu and Ivan provided a quality installation.
Have been on their maintainence program for several years; they kept our very old AC unit going for while. Just replaced with all new HVAC and AC unit. Great job with technicians Gu and Ivan; very thorough to get everything right. Ivan came back the next day to check on minor adjustment that my husband requested. All is well and we were impressed with the very quality products - a grand Carrier that works well on even the upper levels of our townhome.
Peter was here today. He explained everything that needed to be done clearly. He worked quickly and quietly and did everything that we asked of him. He did a great job, hope he comes back next time for our regular maintenance.
Mr Hans Garrido and (Adam, Peter, Andrian)did an excellent job and went the extra mile in replacing my air conditioning unit.I strongly recommend his services.

Hans and his team, Ivan and Adam, were fantastic. They installed a new air handler and heat pump and were very thorough and professional. Hans patiently helped us set up the remote thermostat controls on our phones and explained everything we needed to know about the new system. Highly recommended!
Our service man, Adam, arrived promptly at the expected time. He got right to work checking both the indoor and outdoor equipment and also the water heater . He was pleasant and business like. We are very satisfied .
My furnace broke down on Christmas Day. Next morning I frantically made several calls; only one picked up the phone, B&B Air Conditioning & Heating. In the same afternoon Peter and Hans showed up to identify problems, and the next day Gu Kim came with the blower motor to finish the job. All three are friendly, efficient and trustworthy. I ended up buying an one-year service contract.
Gu was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was professional and courteous. It is the quality of technicians that we like best about B&B.

We’ve been with B&B Air Conditioning & Heating for 25 years- they are consistently responsive and informed, whatever the issue. Really recommend the service contract. My appointment for fall inspection was handled by Adam— he was knowledgeable, responsive and did a fantastic job! He has exceptional customer service skills!!
Jose and Adrian did a great job cleaning the air ducts and vent covers and explained the process beforehand. They were courteous and professional.
Very professional bi-annual inspection under our service contract. Peter was right on time and completed the job quickly.
Excellent tech team that performed complete heat pump installation. Team was professional and worked efficiently to install the new system in about 8 hours. All team members were courteous, experienced and apparently well trained. Special thanks to both Ivan and Peter for a job well done!
Ivan and Ernestor provided excellent service and information about the HVAC system in our home. The team was timely in getting out to our home, providing maintenance, and installing a new igniter.

I’ve used B&B over twenty plus years and been so pleased with everyone from telephone staff through the technicians and managers. My system broke down while I was on the West Coast, when I was seeing to my elderly father. I had a very warm ace and at midnight a person came here to fix it. I had trouble with someone tampering with my system, twice in a three weeks, and the people at B&B came out because I of the service plan (best investment ever). On their recommendation I got a lock for my system. B&B has put in two systems and I’ve been very happy. Kevin Portillo was here today and remembered the tampering of my system and the man last Autumn remembered me as well. Obviously the company takes care of its staff and retains them. Nice. Today Ivan was the person checking out my system; he's been here before and as always is very through, precise, and attentive. I like that the same people return to my home year after year.
I'm really satisfied with B&B Air Conditioning & Heating. I have a maintenance contract with them. They are responsive and their staff is very courteous, professional, and competent. This week Kervin and Peter came to repair my heating, and I was very happy with their work.
