I found Touchstone services about 6 months back and will recommend them a million times over! They are efficient and honest! They fixed our walk-in coolers and freezers. Nate is professional and honest, which is very hard to come across. Thank you Touchstone!
What can I say about this business? Great work very responsive. Back in November the week before Thanksgiving. Our compressor went out. They came and fixed it and then it went out again on Thanksgiving day and they came out the same day to fix it. It was something else that was wrong with it as well after that, we hit a huge financial hurdle that took us a while to dig out of. They were very patient with us to pay back. I want to say thank you from one small business to another. Really appreciate it.
I really appreciate these guys! Nate always answers his phone and is extremely nice. I swear they work nonstop!
Nate was wonderful! He was available when we needed someone to look at our A/C on a Sunday. He was responsive, on time and super quick. Highly recommend if you need your problem resolved asap.
Nate is amazing! Had an issue with my walk in freezer at my business. Nate looked at it and let me know a part was needed to completely fix the issue, but the part was needing to be ordered and would take time to get here, but he was able to get it up and running temporarily without the part. Nate has called me back to check on the freezer to ensure its still working without the part. I noticed that it was getting a little warm, Nate came out and adjusted the freezer to get it colder. Not his fault the part is on order, but the service and care he puts into his work is amazing. Will not be using anyone else but Nate.
The absolute best!! Nate was super quick. Figured out the issue with my deep fryer and resolved the issue asap! Highly recommend to everyone needing work done. I won't be going anywhere else! Thank you Nate 🙌🏽🙏🏽
They were fast and showed up the same day I called them but to get the freezer fixed took longer then I expected. I thought the problem was fixed but it wasn't staying cold so I had to call them again to come out and look at it. I'm hoping it stays fixed this time.
It's really hard to find a quality commercial appliance repair company. This company is it! They know what they're doing and are very reasonable. Thanks guys!
Nate really knows his stuff, it was 11 at night, i called him. He was at another job! He was able to walk me through fixing my own equipment over the phone, in a matter of seconds. Thanks Again Nate!
Nate has helped me so much that I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is honest and has helped me troubleshoot over the phone multiple times when he could have easily charged me to come see what was wrong. The first time was over the winter when there was a puddle of ice forming in the back of my freezer. Since my freezer is in the garage, Nate suggested that it was getting too cold and the drain pipe was freezing, and he recommended that I allow it to defrost to see if it resolves itself, and it did!! Like I said, he could have easily tried to charge me to come out and tell me the same thing. That is what you call integrity. Again, I wouldn’t ever use anyone else’s services.
As a commercial property manager, I have used touchstone on several of my properties. Whenever I have a tenant complaint about hvac, I send touchstone. They interact with my tenants in a professional way and always follow up with the results of their service call. I've never gotten a bill with a surprise amount on it and they are priced very competitively. Thank you touchstone!
Nate is awesome! After many other companies promised to bid and did not show up and others came up with ridiculous bids - Nate showed up, quoted and kept his word. Nate is the man and I will be relying on him for all HVAC needs in the future for our business.
Needed service on my commercial freezer, called around and touchstone replied they would be able to make it in later that night if the current job was completed in enough time. Nate arrived around 7 and the job was completed within 25 minutes. He had to replace a contactor and also showed me the contactor he removed to inform me of the issue. The quality of work is unmatched and outweighed only by his efficiency. We look forward to having Nate return to service our Ice machine.
Nate installed our home A/C mini split system and we couldn't be more pleased. He's professional, efficient and really one of the nicest people we've met. Definitely recommend him and his company. Thanks again, Nate!

Our swamp cooler got weir sound a month ago. Nate came and fixed the noise. Two weeks late the cooler stopped running. Nate came in the following day and fixed the system. It runs very well now. It only costs us $249 for the total service charge. It would be much more if we ask other company.
He was awesome! He came as soon as he could and worked fast and saved me money. I really appreciate Touchstone.
