The crew today was very friendly with their service. The final walkthrough was very helpful getting to know the furnace and a/c unit on how it works. Kenden was very friendly and knowledgeable on the products.
With the heat kicking up, I decided it was time to get quotes on central air. Larsen HVAC was amazing! They gave me a quote other companies couldn't come close to beating. They got me on the schedule and with an insanely quick turnover we are basking in our cool and comfortable home. Give them a call; you won't regret it!
Company came in, looked at our AC united, walked us through the problems they found and pointed them out. Fixed the problem and our house is nice and cool again. Thanks!

Shawn and team did an amazing job installing mini split heat pumps and a dual fuel heat pump/ furnace. They are working great even in cold temperatures and also kept the house cool in the summer. Always on time, quality work, great value plus the rebates for the heat pumps and dual fuel came quickly. Can’t go wrong using them for all your hvac needs.
Shopping online and doing research into heat pumps and geothermal
My experience with Larsen started about 3 years ago. We needed a thermostat installed, Shawn was quick to come out and help get the system up and up and running. While he was here there a gas fire place mentioned that had issues. He mentioned it was the gas line valve that needed to be repaired. It obviously has been put on the back burner and something we decided we wanted to repair now 3 years later. I contacted him and asked if he could come look at and make the repair. I should have let it go after he didn’t follow through with when he initially said he would come out but, he was so great previously that I wanted to work with him again. He came out and looked at the fireplace, I was on my way out the door but told him my roommate could make decisions and help him with any questions. His questions were much too personal, and again, I should’ve just began ignoring him after my roommate told me of her experience. (It’s not any of his business how my roommate fits into my family dynamic) He messaged and then called with the pricing. He wasn’t sure which part was broken, so he wanted to buy both, otherwise it could take longer for the repair with how fair the part store is from our home. I talked it over with my boyfriend and we said just go ahead and buy both. I came home to him having already started the project, he was flustered and angry and he couldn’t get it to stay lit. He kept saying I don’t know what to do or how to even bill you… he finally talked to the parts company and I came back out and asked if he found the problem and he said said; “yes, I installed it backwards”. While he was reinstalling the part, his son called, and we had to listen to his 15+ minutes of personal call. I then got to listen to him complain about how much he hates “these old fireplaces”. I won’t lie, I was so uncomfortable by the end of it. I felt stupid for hiring a company because I could’ve hired my adult son to come and complain the way he did. The bill then came due. Not only w

Fantastic service, communication and very timely. I appreciated them getting to my place quickly as the summer heat was unbearable and they had it fixed before the heatwave hit.
I had Larsen HVAC come in to redo another contractors poor installation. I was kind of in their business, but Shawn's guys were fun to talk to, explained what they were doing and why. In the end the install lived up to my original expectations. I am so grateful for their help.
I had called with a repair request. I was trying to work on it my self. He offered dto give me a quote with a short video of my problem. He got back to me quickly. The quote seemed fair. I scheduled the work. The day of work I had misunderstood their arrival time. It was my fault. Justin waited patiently for me to get there. When I arrived he got right to work. He was very quick with the repair. He double checked his work before leaving. They quote wasn't changed and they were timely. I would use them again.
We live in the area and asked them to come bid an AC that went out in the middle of August. We were pleased that they came out the same day and gave us a bid. They were very good to work with and knew all about the rebates available. The bid was much better than most of the others so I recommend that you give them a try.
