My wife and I recently purchased a house and the plumbing was shot. Not a single working bathroom in the whole house. My wife and I figured two to three weeks worth of work, minimum. True plumbing came in and got the job done in three or four days. Hard workers, and good people. Jason met with me on a couple occasions after hours to go over things with me and answer all of my questions-even the stupid ones. Highly recommended. They will definitely be my go-to moving forward!

Great company and super responsive even over holiday weekend. I had problem with my toilet not flushing correctly bc of soft clog that happened Saturday night. I called super late and they set me up with early appointment for next morning. They came with in first 30 minutes of 2 hour window and fixed it right way. The technician was super professional and very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing services. They will be my plumbing company from now on. Thanks again.
Jason was amazing! I had a very stressful flood into my basement Jason came out and solved the problem and fixed it professionally, Honestly, and safely. I Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I called because I had a tankless water heater issue, no consistency in flow of hot water. Jon came out to flush the system and charged me for the flushing. Asked also about a leaky faucet in my bathroom and he told me that he was more of a hvac guy and would have to send someone else out to look at the faucet. The flushing worked for a couple hours but my hot water stopped working again. So I texted Jon again and he came back out and adjusted the pressure to my home. And that didn't work either. I had to text him again. He came back out to investigate further and determined it could be my float and it was a lengthy job and said he would come back on Tuesday March 21st at 330pm. Tuesday came and at 345-4pm I texted him and asked if he was still coming and he proceeded to tell me he forgot to call me to let me know that his truck was getting shelving put in that they have been waiting awhile to do. He said it would be Wednesday or Thursday that his truck should be done and he would call me when his truck was done to set up a new time to come work on it. Thursday came, and still nothing so I texted and asked him if he had any idea when he would be back out. I got no response, so I texted Friday and asked if he was going to come fix my problem or not. And no response to that either. Since we didn't receive a response from Jon, we called the number for the company and got ahold of dispatch and explained the situation. She put us on hold and when she returned she said she couldn't get a hold of him and she would call us back once she does. She didn't bother to ask for our number. When we asked her if she wanted our number, she said she had it. At the time of writing this review (Sunday, 3/26/23) NO ONE has called, texted or came by. Very disappointed and very unprofessional and a waste of time. Edit: they called to apologize on 4/13/2023 and said that they completely dropped the ball on my service needs and refunded the amount I paid initially. Hence why I chang
Bryan, Easton and Nick are the best! We had a leak and needed to re-pipe the house. They were fast, efficient and incredibly professional. They tackled any problem, left the house cleaned and even installed some faucets for us!
True replaced a difficult shower head, dial, and faucet for us and did a great job! We worked with Brian, Easton, and Nick and were impressed with their professionalism.
My water tank broke and I had no hot water. Turns out I needed a new water tank. John came and fixed the water tank the same day it broke. I also needed a new furnace. John drove through extreme blizzard to get to me and installed my furnace 2 days later. I appreciate that they got this done so quickly. John was professional and seemed to really know his stuff. I also feel that I got a good deal and that he did not jack up the price because I live in Park City. Thank you True plumbing and John. I greatly appreciate their work. I highly recommend!

Bryan came and was quick to fix our water heater leak. He came, assessed the situation, went to get the part and fixed it in a timely fashion. They were fair on pricing. Great work.
Thank you Brian and Easton of True Plumbing WestJordan. You both did a wonderful, professional job of putting in a new water heater and replacing two hose bibs that were stripped and needed an extensive amount of work for the install. They were courteous, friendly, on time, and most importantly showed expertise and competence. Got this job done in half the time that I was expecting. Cleaned up before leaving. They also did some trouble shooting on another project that needs attention. I will only use this company from here on out for any future issues.
Great response to an emergency situation. They arrived in less than an hour to help us. Roland was kind and helpful through the whole process. He worked on fixing our situation in a timely manner and helped us to understand the issue and how we can prevent it from happening again. Thank you for everything.
Brian was awesome! He was able to come a littler earlier than planned so he called me first to make sure that would be ok. When he got here he was professional and friendly. I will definitely be calling these guys again when I need more plumbing work done.
We had a problem with one bathroom shower suddenly not working. Jason (the owner) came by after hours to troubleshoot the issue. He was professional, courteous and quick. We will definitely be using True Plumbing’s services again.
True Plumbing was great. Because the issue was time sensitive, they worked hard to fit me into their schedule. Roland got here and went above and beyond to get the problem fixed. He had to work inside of a difficult corner cabinet, but did so without complaint. He worked professionally and put the cabinet piece that he had to cut out back in place instead of leaving us with a mess. Thanks!
