A Titan van didn't check their blindspot and forced us out of our lane then the driver made a point of flipping *us* off. You know you're dealing with a classy operation when a grown man makes a vulgar hand gesture at a van full of young kids while driving their company car. I certainly wouldn't trust this caliber of person to do work in my home.

Titan repaired our A/C or furnace three times in the past 15 years. Each time they came when they said they would and it cost us less than we expected. They didn't take advantage of us and their repairs were effective. We will continue to call Titan!

You should tell your drivers to not cut off semis and brake check them 3 times!! I could have hit him with all 80,000 pounds and he would be at fault!! We all have dash cams.

I don’t know why you would do a job then never go back and let the person know what you did or anything the guy that came to tempurpedic was kinda rude had a key the whole time to get up to the roof made me call security anyway just a strange dude. He just never came back after he went to the roof how did I know if it was fixed it not. You need to give that worker a lesson on customer service and people skills because he has none. It’s like my regional asked me did the heater get fixed I hadn’t known he never came back to tell me like guys really …

Surprised by the negative reviews here, which prompted me to share my experiences. Purchased a home, needed some follow up work through the builder and Titan. Minor issues, all were fixed promptly and with great communication between Titan and our builder. Worked so far with a few ladies in the office, and Cole and Cris. Everyone was great, Cole came out to assess the work that needed to be done. He was nice and helpful each time. Had a concern with my furnace on Christmas Eve, the worst time ever to have anything go wrong with the cold temperatures too. Cris was responsive and pleasant to work with and learn from. Came out and took care of the issues I was having and provided me further information for future items and maintenance. I’ll continue to use Titan after the one year warranty is over and through the five year warranty for the furnace. I will gladly pay for labor and parts through this company. So far, that’s two crucial interactions for a new home owner and I cannot be more pleased and felt it good to share so others know the good experiences with this company. Highly recommend and I’ll continue using them for HVAC needs. Thank you!

These people are wonderful. They put in my furnace 9yrs ago and whenever I have an issue they help me over the phone and walk me through the problem saving me from an unnecessary service call. How many places will do that?!. I will definitely have them come out to winterize my furnace. SJ Root

Cole serviced our furnaces and fireplaces today. He was extremely professional and was very clean - including an immaculate cleaning of the interior glass of the fireplace - they look so good. Thank you Cole!

I just had Titan service my fireplace and they did an exceptional job!!! Not only did they do a much needed deep clean but they replaced the embers and painted it. Above and Beyond my expectations and it only cost $100. Worth every penny. It looks brand new. Thank you. I’ll be using them again. I only wish I had a before photo.

Jaden Lowe is an installer for this company and recently messaged me on Facebook. He was insanely rude and manipulative and mentioned several times that he works for THIS company in Utah. I wouldn't want him anywhere near my home.

This is coming from an ex-employee of titan. I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy. I worked there for almost ten years and never have i ever been so disappointed on how they treat their employees. If you had a bad new install from a big builder company like Lenar homes or hamlet, i pray that you dont blame the installers cause its not their fault. They are over worked and underpaid. understaffed and under appreciated, while the company remains being profitable. No respect for the safety of their workers or try to help them at all. And hardly take any actions to help out the workers, the lifeblood of their company. Oh and just so anyone knows, most of the 5 star reviews on this google page are from employees of the company probably just to make their rating better.-Zach Doom

Maybe they do some good work but that is not what my review is about. I was on my morning commute and their company truck was flying through neighborhoods not stopping at stop signs and clearly not going the speed limit at all no matter where it went. The driver had total disregard for anyone’s safety.

Caught being honest. I own a cleanup company and needed to remove some of the ductwork in a home. I let the owner know so it could be replaced. Instead of replacing the ductwork as it had been, Titan explained a less expensive way that would work just as well. I think most HVAC workers "up-sell" to increase their profits. It's nice to see a business being honest.

I have had an ongoing issue with my heater for almost a year. I initially made a huge mistake by having Action Plumbing (I will never use Action again) work on it for about 6 months - to no avail. So I called Titan. They sent out Brandon, who has spent many hours and expertise trouble shooting the problem. He has never given up. At one point, I needed a part that was out of state when the heater was not working at all. Todd, the manager, found the part and over-nighted it at his expense so I would not freeze over a cold weekend (Thanks so much Todd!!). When this part still did not do the trick, they found a way to keep me warm until a specialist could come out to assess the problem. I trust them and know they won't give up until the problem is solved for good - without charging me an arm and a leg! Thanks Titan! You have a customer for life!

Never again. I called Titan, to request an install of a cooling unit, since they did the one next door to me and I was told Brandon was who I should to talk to. I called and left messages at least 6 times, they all were apparently ignored except for one, where Brandon said he was too busy and would have one of his other guys handle it. Guess what? He never called either! Big surprise. At least they could have told me up front that they have no time for new customers, instead of wasting 6 weeks of my project schedule.
