Replaced my old system, service was great!
John was awesome! He went out of his way to troubleshoot an unusual noise coming from my AC unit and took the time to fix the issue. He also showed me the correct way to install the filter because it never made sense to me. He was also very kind and professional. Thanks John!

Repaired the heater that had the moter die. The technician was very plesent and completed the repair. The unfortunate item is that parts keep going up in cost.
North Star is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. When our old AC unit went out in the middle of summer, not only were the technicians there the same day, but they were also able to replace the whole unit that following day. When the techs arrived, they laid down a liner on our floors and wore shoe covers every time they came in and out of our house; they were also on time and friendly. The best part about using this company is that after the job was finished, a supervisor returned a few days later to review the work and ensure everything was done correctly. We had to call North Star again when our furnace needed to be fixed, and it was the same technician that installed our AC unit, which was nice. I highly recommend this company for your AC/Furnace needs! Very professional and trustworthy.

Our heater blower fan went out early morning. We called a few other places and got astronomical bids and "you should just replace the whole thing". We called North Star and they suggested a reasonable fix. There are so many sketchy places out there, I am glad I called North Star. They will be the only call I need to make from now on!
Very good technician, really honest and straight forward. Told me exactly what I needed to do to finish the repair.
Started using our heater for the cold weather not too long ago but was not working at all in fact it wasnt even turning on for the most part and that got us worried. Im not well knowledged as far as HVAC goes So I did not know what all I could trouble shoot in order to find out what the problem was called up these guys and they had the technician Daniel come out and come take a look at our furnance and got it working really quickly. He was also very nice and happy to answer any questions I had pertaining to what was going on and let me know about a couple other things that the company could offer as far as other services go and for the price of the visit it was very much worth it. Thank you Daniel for coming to help us out and we will definitely be keeping in contact with you guys. No longer shall we freeze haha.

I had Daniel and Tom out to my house. They fixed my furnace quickly and the cost was $6850 cheaper than what I was quoted at another company. They were great and I’ll be using them going forward.
These guys have been great to me, during my most recent annual free inspection they called in another manager because they saw something they weren't sure was an issue, just to be on the safe side. That's a lot of effort for a free annual inspection, but it definitely earns them my business.
I would give more than five stars if I could. I had my air conditioner replaced years ago with North Star Heating & Air and have had no problems ever since. Every year they come out and check up on how everything is running. Ben came to my house today and I was impressed with how friendly, professional, and knowledgeable he was. Every interaction I have with the company has been pleasant and I could not be happier with the products and service I have received.
The guys at North Star are top notch. My AC went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer and they were quick to respond. I’ve been needing to update my system for a while now and they were fair, hard working, professional, and honest with installing my AC unit and Furnace. That’s about all you can ask for in a company. I highly recommend these guys for your HVAC needs.
Daniel the technician was very helpful and answered my questions, and educated me on all my options. He was perfectly on time and the scheduler gal worked with me to assure I had a technician come between my two jobs. Northstar had great service. I got their information from a friend who promised no pushy sales...and indeed there were no pushy sales. Daniel resolved my AC issues with repairs and fully educated me on options for a new AC and considered the age of my unit. I feel like he was a friend trying to help me make the best decision. I was super impressed with his help. Thank you!
Randy came to my place and was great. He offered solutions to resolve my ac unit and I truly felt like he was trying to help, not just sell me a new system. I would definitely use North Star again and highly recommend Randy.
North Star was quick in getting out to my home to quote my needs and to install as my AC went out the hottest week of the year. They were cheaper than another company who had quoted me the day prior.

Amazing service, they were early to the appt. We were without an AC in over 100 degree weather and they fixed it fast. We had called 2 other companies and they couldn't get to us til mich later and we called them a day earlier than Northstar. We will be using them from now on for all our HVAC needs. Highly recommend.
