They charged way too much for what was needed $400 for an easy fix on a saddle valve that my husband could of done himself they were not even here for 15 min. If I would had knew I would of just paid them the $39 fee and fix it ourselves. It’s so sad how there’s companies that take advantage of people!!! Not contracting them again.
Most honest and efficient plumbing company I've ever worked with! Thank you! UPDATE: The above review does NOT still apply! We had sump pump problems and they gave me an extremely absurd price to replace it. When calling around for prices their price was double what I paid. Then after the fellow left I looked at the GFI switch and it had tripped to off! I pushed the reset button on the switch and it started to pump! Because of this experience I will NEVER call All Utah Plumbing again!
They came and fixed my water regulator. Very prompt and professional. However they replaced my regulator with a $28.00 part, then charged me over $800.00 for the job that took them less than an hour. Not happy at all!
John and Anthony were professional and worked hard to diagnose what was causing the sewer'y smell in our sinks and drains. In the end, they recommended an easy solution we can do ourselves. A great result for the cost of a service call. Highly recommend!
I got an estimate on Monday and Tuesday by 1:30 I had a new subfloor and toilet installed. The professional and friendly manner John and Coy presented was notable. I would highly recommend this company and their service.
I got a round of quotes for a water heater replacement. These guys were $1,000 more than the next highest bid. And all of the other bids were within about $500 of each other. Either these guys are miracle workers or they're overcharging big time. Also, they gave me my quote on a handwritten paper carbon copy (yes, the canary yellow ones from 20+ years ago) and did not have any email system with confirmation of appointment day/time or a professional looking quote. The last sentence wouldn't matter much if it was just some solo old school plumber doing good work at a good price but that's not what this is.
I called All Utah Plumbing, Heating & Air last month for some clogged drains. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF I COULD RATE THEM A 0 STAR I WOULD. They came out cleared 1 drain and gave me a bid for the rest of the home $1200. I set it up for them to come jet all the lines in the house. They came back and told me they performed the services. I did not follow them around to make sure all services were performed. a few weeks later I had to take apart a sink due to a small leak, so much sludge and black came out of the trap there is no way they did this particular line. I have called and had them return 2 times to fix the things they said they did while they were there. Still, I have to call another plumber. REPLY to owners' response: Nothing was put down the drain after the jet was performed as the sink was uninstalled for those 2 months.
I called All Utah while on vacation when my tenant told me the bathtub was clogged and they came out right away to fix it. 3 weeks later it was clogging again and they came back within 30 mins of calling to figure out the issue. They really troubleshooted, and spent time with me to ensure the problem was resolved and then informed me they do it all—everything. And at a fair price, especially for the service they provide. Thank you Jon, Anthony and Daniel!
I have used Utah Plumbing, Heating & Air three times for difficult irrigation system repairs. Each time, they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and minimized the expense. I would use them again. And I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.
They showed up on time, very professional, made sure we knew exactly what happened and how they fixed it. Also with the A/C replacement they made sure to insulate the pipes going into our house. They also replaced our Heater and a pressure gage as well as our water heater! Phenomenal services! Will use again!
Anthony was awesome! Worked hard and got things done. Used other company for boiler and they are not good at boilers, they talk like they are MY BUDDY though (pun). Thorton Plumbing just blew me off. I don't think they know how to work on boilers either. Josh was here to help Anthony and they are both good representatives of this company.
Our HVAC stopped working so we called this company to get it repaired. Technician named Anthony came out and told us that he THOUGHT our computer panel was broken and quoted us 2500. I asked him well what if its not and its something else? He then quoted additional amounts and went on if its not this then we'll try this for 1000 more and this for 1400 more. And then continued to say that since its an older model that it might not even pass regulations and that money might go down the drain so we might as well spend 11000 for an entire brand new AC system. I kept asking questions about what if its a tripped wire? He said he checked. I asked what about a blown fuse? He said all our fuses were fine. I told the technician we'd call back because something felt really off to me. I didnt want to spend that much money on something that might not even be the problem. So I called over another technician from vogl direct and he came down almost right away and took a look. Fixed it in 10 minutes. It was a blown fuse! I thanked the tech and told him we were so worried because of what the other guy had been telling us. Tech told us sounds like the technician that came over earlier was trying to scalp us because we were young homeowners. Im so glad we looked at other options.
Anthony did an amazing job getting our mini split A/C up and running. He was very professional, quick, and great at educating me about using and maintaining the unit.
Wanted to charge me $1929 to install 3 faucets. 2 to 3 hours work at most, so almost $650/hr. I was supplying the faucets. Paid the $39 dispatch fee and won't be calling them again.
This business is a scam. I asked them to come out to assess our sprinkler system. I was told it was only a $39 dispatch fee for an estimate, which I agreed to pay for a quote (which was annoying because quotes are usually free). When they showed up at the house, they then expected to charge another $120 to assess the system. The tech walked our yard for 5 minutes, didn't turn on any valves like he told us he would do, and gave my spouse a quote for $29,000 to just "redo the whole system." This guy flat out lied to us when he told us he would assess the system for the $39 as promised. This company has lost my business and should be charged with fraud. DO NOT USE THEM.
What a rip off!! They charged me $700.00 for the repair and I supplied all the parts. Guess how long it took them to do the repair?.....20 minutes. That is about $1700.00 an hour. What a serious lake of integrity. Do not use this company!! Get multiple bids even if you need it done ASAP. Avoid this business at all costs, or it will cost you an arm and a leg.
Great service. I was having issues with my AC. They had to come out 2 days in a row and were fantastic. Got me back up and running in no time. Will I’m use again.
At first I was upset because last year my back flow preventer cracked and it needed replacement. All Utah Plumbing came out and replaced it last year. I got misinformation on how to winterize it, so when I reinstalled the back flow preventer today it was cracked. I called them and Anthony came quite quickly. At first they said I had cracked because I didn't winterize it properly. I explained I followed the previous gentleman's instructions to the T. He said "Ok let's make it right." And they did! I applaud them for their work and professionalism!
These guys were amazing to work with. Coy and Justin were out on time, clean, clear and worked hard through my difficult requests. They did the job right the first time, with a warranty to back up their work. Couldn’t be happier, and highly recommend the company to anyone needing plumbing, heating or air help.
I called All Utah Plumbing and Heating when I needed two bidets installed on my toilets. My nephew and my grandson had both tried to install them and ended up creating several small disasters. John and Coy were very professional and kind In doing their job with water leaking and missing parts. I have used this company in the past and I will be using them again!
