Troy came is when scheduled and did the whole job in a short time. He quickly found the best place, installed the fan, and left no mess whatsoever. He and his staff were responsive and answered every question. This is the second home I’ve had them install a whole house fan. I highly recommend a whole house fan and I highly recommend Whole House Fans of Utah.
I’m also a victim of Whole House Fans of Utah charging me twice! We had our fan installed last summer and now 18 months later, they charged us out of the blue for the entire cost again! Their voicemail is full and they won’t return my emails. Don’t do business with them unless you want to pay for your fan twice!!
I, too, was inexplicably charged a second time about a year after purchasing our fan. I contacted Whole House Fans several times, they acknowledged the error and said they would credit my card, however the credit never posted. They are difficult to reach by phone and did not provide a follow up call when they said they would. My initial experience (site evaluation and fan installation) with them was very good, but every interaction since has been poor. The fan itself is excellent.
They charged me twice, a year apart, for the same service, and when I called them they said they'd take care of it, but a month later, they still haven't. They now won't answer or return my calls.
Love our whole house fan. It saves us some much on our electric bill this summer. Once the sun went down we opened up the windows and turn the fan for the eight hour option and it cooled the house down until around noon Best improvement we have done

Whole house fans responded quickly to my questions. They were able to get me scheduled quickly. Technicians arrived on time, install was quick, clean and Techs answered all my questions. Fan works great and quickly cools home off.

Someone from another company looked at our attic very briefly and told us there wasn't enough room for a whole house fan. We called these guys and they came over that same day, said there was easily enough room, and installed it the next day.

Troy and company did an outstanding job on my install. They arrived as scheduled, placed protective covers on the floor/rugs to protect them from dust and debris during the install process. The entire job was done quickly with strict attention paid to my home and furniture to ensure everything was protected during the install process. The fan runs quietly and cooled the house down quickly. I can’t say enough positive things about Troy and his business and work ethic. His products are the best and he and his team are professional and courteous from the opening phone call to the demonstration of how to use the remote controls. My wife and I couldn’t be happier.
...I waited too long... and paid more high cooling bills than were necessary to keep my house comfortable.... I used to dread hot summertime and the attendant bills from Rocky Mountain Power, with the frowny-face usage analysis they send every month.... ...even here in springtime, I am saving serious $$$$, as we are having afternoons warm enough to otherwise need the a/c... but not now... ...my inexpensive to operate fan is keeping us cool and comfortable with no thought or need of switching on the a/c, at this point... ...if you suffer from high cooling bills - do not delay... call these folks and in a few short hours they will have you comfortable for much less than you have been paying! ...my only regret is that I waited so long... WHFoU are awesome folks to deal with and they will dramatically solve your high heat/expense problems at a price that's hard to argue with!...
We were not ecstatic about the installation, and decided to take advantage of the 1-year money back guarantee. Unfortunately we have been unsuccessful at getting any help or refund after many months-
They were great at answering our questions and were able to get us installed very quickly. The installer was fantastic and very professional. He was able to work with our small hallway that's peppered with various sensors and had little room to work with. Fan sure is nice in the evenings/night!
We installed the whole house fan in our garage. We use part of the garage as a food pantry. Before we installed the fan, the garage never cooled down in the summer, but now by running the fan at night, it is much better.
This fan is amazing! Does exactly what it’s supposed to…fresh, clean, cool air throughout the house and you can barely hear it running. Great experience from purchase to install. Ask for Josh, he was quick, professional, knowledgeable and thorough!
We purchased the QuitCool system from Whole House Fans of Utah! They were able to install it within a couple of days of purchasing. Josh and Cameron did a quick, professional, and efficient installation. Their customer service has been great and so far we are truly loving our new fan! I would highly reccomend this company! I am excited to see my energy costs plummet!
