911 was able to schedule us quickly and got the work done for a reasonable price. Their tech found another small issue that a different plumber had missed and they practically took care if it without charging us extra. They were clean, friendly, and professional. 100% would recommend.
I was referred to 911 plumbing, heating & cooling from a family member after they had a positive experience so when I had an issue with my AC I called them. I am so glad I did. They tried everything to fix my AC but I needed a new one. BJ explained everything to me and helped us understand what happened, our options and the cost up front. He was honest and that was the most important thing to me. We got the new AC and they came back to do the install. They were thorough and again explained everything. I also asked them if they fixed sprinkler lines and they do and they fixed it on the first day they were at my house. They did a phenomenal job. You can't even tell where they dug up the grass. They adjusted the sprinklers and they work better than ever. There is NO other company that will ever come to my house to do any plumbing, heating or AC besides 911. I have told everyone about the incredible experience we had and I am so thankful someone told us about them. When making a choice of who to call definitely choose 911 plumbing heating & AC, you will be happy you did. I can not say enough good things about this company, their service and their honesty.

BJ was amazing! He came out to help with an AC that kept tripping last year. We did not have a problem while he was out but he gave us some possible scenarios and solutions. He refused to take any money for the service call which was awesome because we are retired and on a very tight budget! If we find out we are struggling again this summer we will definitely call 911 to put on a sub panel for the electrical circuit like he suggested! Thank you for your quick and professional service🙏❤️🥰
BJ was so amazing. He was on time and very professional. He fixed a toilet leak, replaced the toilet and cleaned everything up 911 P.lumbing will be who we call for any of the services they offer. BJ's company is definitely the best.
I had 911 Plumbing Heating and Air came out the other day and fix 2 drains and help me make sure the sprinklers made it through another winter. BJ is amazing!! BJ and his helper did an amazing job! My backyard spigot was leaking, they quickly identified the the type and were able to rebuild the interior spigot seals at a reasonable price. A few days later, I had trouble connecting my swamp cooler water line to my front spigot, and they came a day earlier than originally scheduled and connected the line free of charge. These guys are professional, very friendly and provide great service at a reasonable price. DWH, Kearns UT

My tankless water heater needed its two sensors replaced and the came out and confirmed that that is what was needed to be done. They ordered the part and came back the same week and replaced them. We highly recommend this company are responsive, caring, knowledgeable and decently priced.
Definitely recommend 911 plumbing and BJ! We were having a water heater issue. Because the previous owners had installed 2 water heaters themselves the setup for these wasn’t normal. I had another company come out and was told they both needed to be replaced and given what seemed to be a really high quote to get it done. Luckily it wasn’t an emergency situation so thought I’d try another quote after seeing 911 being recommended so much and we’re so glad we did. They did a much better inspection of the problem and pointed out the first quote couldn’t have even been correct. They also gave me options on how it could be fixed and saved me a ton of money compared to the first quote. Not only were they honest and up front but the work was done great and went above and beyond on leaving everything cleaned and setup correctly.

BJ did a great job of assessing the plumbing failure I had in my house. Just by describing the situation he was able to replace the corroded kitchen santee with a new one, install an access panel, and rooter the kitchen drain in a matter of a few hours.
