In spring of 2022 we wanted to add air conditioning to our existing central heating system. After getting 3 bids for the job, William & Bernadette at Efficient Systems were the best by far. Pricing, communication & timing was outstanding from start to finish. Thanks to them we were able to have a comfortable summer.

Super awesome business and people. Highly recommend and will use them again. I noticed a faint smell of gas on Friday afternoon, right before a Holiday weekend. They were able to squeeze me in and had a tech at my house in 2 hours. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and confident. He didn't find a leak, and the smell went away, but he didn't make me feel like I was a crazy person for calling them in. Their service fee to come out was also very reasonable. I was so pleasantly impressed. Thank you!
We hired Efficient Systems to install an AC system and a Furnace system. William was friendly, hard-working, and patient with my questions. The equipment has worked well and was installed at good price.
The technician was able to come over day of and fix our heating issue promptly. He was professional, knowledgable, and made sure to do multiple tests prior to leaving to ensure it was working accurately. Their team called the next day to make sure it was still working. Great service overall!

After using another provider for years their service and cost quickly went downhill once they were purchased by a national company, so I wanted to look for a good local company. I found Efficient Systems after comparing companies and I couldn't be happier with choosing them. William is the BEST, it's nice having the same technician come out everytime for my annual maintenance on cooling and heating. He doesn't try and upsale things that don't need to be changed. Even with my systems being 10 years old, he says they running great and still have years to go. I'm glad I found Efficient Systems.

I just replaced TWO furnaces and TWO air conditioners. I had original units from 1983. I collected four bids. Efficient Systems was the best price and had the best customer BY FAR. The technicians had their work cut out for them as all my equipment is in two attics. It’s was probably over 150 degrees up there! They were very accommodating and patient. They were quick to start the install and get us cooled off. I was so happy to have it all complete before the heat waves of July and September hit. The office staff is very kind. The technicians are prompt and kind. They show up when they say they’ll show up. I feel they are very honest. I couldn’t ask for anything more. They are a terrific company and HIGHLY recommend them.

The tech showed up early and found the issue very quickly. Everything was repaired and working again in under an hour! We had cool air once again after suffering in the hot July sun! The tech gave great advice and was very friendly. We will definitely be calling these guys again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Our AC went out and William came out to assess and determined we needed a new motor. We had a vacation planned and William was able to come to the house while we were out of town and replaced the part, no problem. We coordinated via text and when our vacation was over, we came home to a nice, cool house. Highly recommend.
