AC unit went out. Called and they got a technician over within a couple hours. They were friendly and very helpful in determining the problem after I had tried a few other simple trouble shoots that weren't the issue. They quickly remedied it and their rates were very reasonable. I will use them again, if needed. Great folks to work with.
A-1 gave me A+ service. They stayed late into the evening diagnosing and fixing my AC issues, answered all of my questions, and were highly professional and honest. Where other companies would have just pushed me to buy an entire new AC unit, A-1 laid out clear alternative options and the risks associated with them, and then let me decide what would be best for my home. They extended the life of my unit for a fraction of the cost of a new unit. I highly recommend them!

Very professional. Showed up at the agreed time. They were able to troubleshoot the issue and resolve the problem with the furnace circuitry in good time.
They came on short notice later in the day and got our heater working in no time! They even followed up after they left to see if everything was still working. Highly recommend!
I did the DIY on my furnace that wasn't igniting. I really messed up the furnace badly. These brothers came when they said they would, did very thorough checking the various parts. I have given up on the big name well advertised services because they cost more and take longer to get them out. I called this morning they were here at 12:15 and after getting the parts they came back and finished up by 6:00. Never have I had service done by anyone with the integrity of these guys. I guarantee you will be pleased!!!
The techs arrived on time as promised and did a comprehensive job of testing my Ac unit, which was not cooling the house. They were very helpful in explaining how the system works and what the issue was and shared recommendations to keep the system running fine. This is the second time i am working with them and as always they did a great job. Would definitely recommend for all your hvac needs.
They fixed a furnace for me. I called after hours and they accommodated me the very next day. During the visit, they were meticulous and never attempted to sell anything I didn’t need. Charges were very reasonable. Would highly recommend them.
We woke up on a freezing Friday morning and our furnace had stopped. I called our regular HVAC service manager who said that the earliest that they could come was Sunday afternoon and there would be an extra charge for a weekend call. I googled furnace repair and chose A-1 Heating & Cooling and I'm glad I did. They were able to come Friday afternoon right on time, replaced a failed part from their onsite inventory and fixed our problem! Two professionals who couldn't have been any nicer, told me to call them 24/7 if we had any more problems. Trust them, they're great!

Great service, we used them on a commercial building installed a tankless water heater, new HVAC system they are professional. Paid attention to details.
We had two water-heaters installed when we purchased the house. One of them started leaking. We had few estimates equaling over 5k. Everybody wanted to replace both water heaters. These guys suggested just removing the leaky heater since the other unit seemed to be in good condition . The brothers set up the bypass and required plumbing and removed the defective unit. Including the clean up, all in all, it cost under $300. We actually saved almost 5k and two years later, the old unit is still working great. Muchos Gracias
These guys are great! They were friendly, courteous and clean! They checked out our furnace and made sure it was ready for winter, and even connected some wires for me to be able to install a smart thermostat without running into issues (for no extra cost!) Will definitely use them again!

My furnace was having a roll out issue on the first startup of the season so I called up A1 and they were quickly responsive and timely. When they came out they tested my system and showed me the results to confirm what the issue was. Their pricing was very fair, especially for the time it was (evening). Although the furnace repeated the issue, they were more than willing to come out and run additional diagnostic where they found another culprit compounding the issue I was having, and they took care of it at no extra cost. For the time they spent and in depth troubleshooting, I think they did fantastic and I would not hesitate to contact them again. Excellent service!
