Larry was great
I booked this appointment with a nice lady on the phone but wasn't able to make it home for the appointment, so my wife was there when Jeff arrived. Jeff made no attempt to understand the problem or fix the situation. As new homeowners, we were looking for guidance and knowledge. What we got was someone who talked down to my wife like she didn't understand what he was saying or thinking maybe she didn't speak English. He didn't touch the water heaters at all, just came in, and said both of them needed to be replaced and gave us a quote for thousands of dollars to replace them. Fortunately, my wife knows more about water heaters than myself, so she knew what was up. We ended up calling another plumber who came and fixed our issue in 10 minutes. I do not recommend working with this company. Go with someone else.
Larry with My Buddy the Plumber was awesome! He designed some brackets to keep our air filters in place in the HVAC units without any charge. He was a few minutes early and polite, considerate and friendly. He pointed out some features on our unit to be aware of. Would totally recommend him to any family and friends!
Just got cut off by truck 079 while he was weaving in traffic just to get to the same stop light. Then he almost ran over a bicyclist because he didn’t want to yield on Holladay Blvd. Tried to call and nobody answered.
Had a slow leak into the house from the main waterline. Dom and Jordan came out and fixed it quick and efficiently. Great service!
Kyle was a great resource for us. He assured me our gas lines were in good shape and helped me reinstall my fire pit using tools I didn’t have in hand. Will definitely use them again!

I've used My Buddy the Plumber for running new vents in a rental. They added a new water heater, found my gas was set wrong on the furnace and it was ruining my vents. They took care of it for no extra charge. Definitely going to use them again.

I greatly appreciate when you have good service man in the field who are understanding and helpful! GT and his apprentices, John came out to a service call at my home to look at my furnace. GT explained everything that he was doing while servicing and breaking it down knowledgeably with a reasonable understanding. both the technicians were super respectful they even put on booties to walk inside the house, which was unnecessary, but greatly appreciated. while looking at the furnace, they recommended some reasonable fixes that would help relieve the furnace and the stress it’s under they said that they would work on getting me estimates to the solutions. GT was even kind enough to do a few extra things to help the furnace run just a little bit better that he did not charge me for I am greatly appreciated for that. I will have to say that I will be recommending this company and its technicians to the higher standard. Next time I run into any of these AC plumbing or furnace problems. Thanks my buddy the plumber of draper and thank you GT
