Had a “supervisor”, either a Justin or Jason, show up to perform a simple repair and basically told us he didn’t want to do the job - which was to simply de-ice a walk-in cooler. He said he would have to flood our business with water to fix the issue. We’ve been in business for 74 years and have never dealt with such a disrespectful technician. *Update* I later called Atlas Sheet Metal and Refrigeration - they had a technician to us within an hour and repaired our walk-in cooler without any issue, also was a respectful and kind person, unlike the Cold Tech representative. We do not recommend Cold Tech.

Thanks to Byrus for his hard work in replacing our compressor, he is a great tech. Also thanks to Mark and JD for taking such good care of us. I highly recommend Cold-Tech. Theres a reason you see them all over town, they are one of the few trusted contractors. Thanks again guys!
I have been using cold tech as my service company at my stores for years. They provide excellent response times and always repair my problems. Highly recommended.
