Poor quality work, they don't stand by their work, and dishonest. Response to owners comment: My home is fairly new and you were hired by the builder to repair a leak in the AC line while the home was under warranty. You fixed the leak but as soon as the warranty was out the line leaked again. The builder refused to help so I called you to help me fix it. Your guy came out and told me the line didn't leak, even though it had very clearly leaked, and made up several bogus reasons why there was oily substance all over your repair. He said he was going to send somebody else out to look at it and they never came. I had to spend a lot of money to hire a proper company to fix your work. Let me reiterate that your company does poor quality work, you don't stand by your work, and you are dishonest.

I had some issues with my ac and asked them to come by for a tune up. They worked fast and did a great job. It turned out a part was getting toward the end of its life (which i thought would be the case as the ac is nearly 10 years old). The tech had the part on his truck and replaced it (with my permission) in 15 minutes so we didn't have a breakdown at an inconvenient time. They were also super friendly. Highly recommended!

I am not typically one to write negative reviews, or any reviews at all, but I have been very unimpressed with Method Air. We moved into a new townhome just over a year ago, and since then we have had to have our unit serviced 3 times, and the problem is still not fixed. Our technician has been very unresponsive when I asked for a summary of what has been happening. He kept saying he would email it to me, but after 2 weeks of asking for it with no reply from him I gave up. The last time they came out (1 month ago) they waived the service fee and covered the cost of the fan they replaced, which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. Our AC had gone out the week before that visit and the technician charged us $89 to tell us that it was our piano's fault for being in the wrong place, then after moving it the pipes froze again. Obviously not the solution. He then came and replaced the fan, which allowed our AC to work for a month (exactly) before freezing again. I don't understand why the solution cannot be found. I am only going through them again because our system is still under warranty. That is, if they will respond to my new request for a visit. *edit- 3/13/23 the issue was never resolved, it got cool enough outside that we no longer used our A/C. I hope it doesn’t occur again this coming summer.

I normally dont do reviews but in this case i had to express how pleased myself and my wife where with the service we received from Method Air and especially their technician Scott Erickson on repairing on furnace at the last minute with no notice, we came home from a vacation with no heat and very cold temperatures in our home ... . Scott came on very short notice and preformed the repairs in a very short amount of time and had the furnace running like brand new ! We can not express how pleased we are with the service we received from Scott and Method Air !

Another company wanted $1700 to replace the water pump that fed my boiler. I got a second opinion from this place and the guy figured out the motor in the pump had seized. He fixed it quickly and showed me how he fixed it when I asked. He charged me 1/10 of the other company for labor and my heat was back on.
