This company was AWESOME !!! I tried to change my shower cartridge but could not remove due to hard water. I turned the water back on but the faucet was leaking. I called and they were incredibly understanding. They scheduled me that day to come rescue me. Miguel was great on the phone. Terrell came over at the time promised and removed the old cartridge and replaced with my new one. He was quick and very professional. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future
MAC is top notch! They were fast, responsive, and had an amazing price. Our water heater broke last night and I called MAC. They had my water heater replaced in less than 2 hours of my call! They answered all my questions beforehand and were very professional. While replacing my water heater, I mentioned a problem I was having with an outdoor spigot and Miguel fixed it in minutes, no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best! Use them, you won’t regret it!
I've used MAC since they started and have always been pleased with their contentious service. Highly recommend.
Mac plumbing company is a great place to have your plumbing heating and electrical all in one. Miguel keeps his word.
We needed a gas line installed for a gas oven and Mac Plumbing had someone here the day after I called. They did a quick, professional installation of the line. Their customer service is responsive and friendly. I highly recommend them for prompt, professional, honest service.
These are just some of the services MAC Plumbing has performed at my home over the last few years. They are my go to plumbers and I recommend them to anyone who needs work done. The owner is easy to work with and refreshingly straightforward. I always get direct answers and advice from them and they are always willing to answer my questions. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this company. Even during these hard times they put their best foot forward. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Thank you for your amazing work MAC Plumbing and HVAC. Keep it up!
Unresponsive (never answer phone calls or return them, receptionist even sounded like she was in a car full of screaming kids one time, told me they would call back, didn't,), Disorganized.(receptionist "wrote down the wrong information" for the plumbers), Unprofessional. (Every time a plumber would come out to "fix" the problem, (Over 5-6 times!!) they "don't have the equipment, the receptionist didn't tell them what they were supposed to do, the notes on the order didn't specify"... etc.), Absolutely horrible Customer Service. In fact, NO customer service at ALL. After the most recent time that someone came out and they told me that they were confused and were told to jet the main line and not my bathtub, (honestly unbelievable, just find a solution. It's been 7 times.) I told the receptionist that I would unfortunately have to leave a bad review and I'd have to ask the HOA to send someone else to get the job done because the experience has just been exhausting and frustrating. A few minutes later, the owner called me, apologized, said that he had fired the people that dealt with me in the past because he found out about some bad business practices, and he promised that he would get it resolved "first thing in the morning" on Monday. Monday comes around and he doesn't show up till after 1 pm. Not even a call to let me know it would be in the afternoon. He says he can get the job done.... BUT it won't be for a couple of days because he needs the equipment (some hoses he ordered to jet the tub that they had already told me would be in a few days ago.) He did offer using another hose, but said he would rather wait till he had the bigger hose... Couldn't he have told me preemptively that he wouldn't have the equipment and just reschedule for the day he did? Why make me think that it was getting done today when he knew he wouldn't have it? I couldn't help but kind of laugh just because it was just unbelievable. The owner of the company who said would get it done today
They did some work on my neighbors house and left garage in my front yard. Heard the work wasn't that great either, but what do you expect when they can't clean up after them selves. Called their number, no way to leave a message. PLEASE COME PICK UP YOUR GARBAGE! THANK YOU!
I think I'm done with these guys. They were able to quickly figure out what was wrong and went to get parts. I verified that they were not feeding me garbage by checking the parts/prices/symptoms/diagnosis online during the visit. I needed a new Pressure Reducing Valve and a hot water heater thermal expansion tank. My old pressure reducing valve failed, thus damaging the thermal expansion tank and popping the hot water heater pressure relief valves which clued us to problem when we found water in the utility closet. The parts were under $200. After the initial 20 minute assessment and consultation, it took them about 30 minutes to replace the expansion tank and about 10 minutes to replace the Pressure Reducing valve (after they went back to the store and got the correct valve). In hind sight, I should have done the repairs myself because they didn't require any special tools and I knew the pressure reducing valve wasn't working because I tested it with my gauge before they came. However, I may not have known to check the thermal expansion tank. So as it turned out I paid over $150/hour (there were two guys) for some plumbing work and driving to the store and back twice.
Simply terrible
Incredible service, excellent prices that don't break the bank. Extremely and highly recommend
I've worked with MAC for years now and have never been disappointed. Great customer service and quality work.
Love working with these guys! I call them all the time to do work on our theater and I can always count on them to come out and get it fixed in a timely and relatively affordable manner. I've used several plumbers over the years and these guys are the best!
I had an issue with my drain being clogged and Nick came and took care of it for me with a hydro-jet cleaning of my drainpipe. He also noticed an issue in the way my drainpipe was connected to my sink and fixed it for me on the spot. Couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism, kindness of these guys. My drains are running like new!
My water heater was in its 12 year of a typical 10 year lifespan. I wanted to go tankless, but most vendors wanted to keep me with a tank. I was keen on a Rinnai, but they took the time to explain to me the benefits of the Noritz so we went with their suggestion. I pulled the trigger on Friday and the following Tuesday they were here--starting around 9am and done by 5pm. Clean work, great communication and one more happy customer. I compared prices with a local "big box" retailer and their associated local installers and their price was significantly higher. I went local and am very happy with my decision.
Great company with friendly and knowledgeable service guys
I love u Bryan
Called these guys this morning and they sent someone two hours later. Nick came and fixed our issue. It was a lot more involved than either one of us were planning on but he was very knowledgeable, friendly and walked me through the process to fix the problem. He was persistent in fixing the issue that had some complications. I will absolutely use these guys in the future and highly recommend them. They are honest, reliable and skilled. I’m relieved to have the problem fixed.
Just got home from C.A. to a freezing house! Called Mac's plumbing and heating Krystal, the office manager, called their heating specialist, Skyler, who came right over, got the part and fixed us right up! Thanks guys for great work!!
There are two parts to my review. Mac plumbing is the company of record with my home warranty company and came out promptly when called when our bathtub started backing up. Krystal (sp) was very friendly and helpful on our phone call and Miguel came and was the same. He and his crew discovered that our entire main sewer pipe was collapsed and needed a whole new replacement which would include excavation services. This of course became more complicated and expensive. With different options came different prices and we settled on what we both thought was the price for service rendered. At completion of the job, which included 1)city inspectors, 2) excavation company, 3) and the plumbing, Miguel coordinated all the work and came up with a price different than what I thought was the final price. We met together as gentlemen and worked out a compromise in which I felt satisfied and was acceptable to him. The job was admittedly complex and expensive but I feel I got a fair market price and appreciated Miguel's professionalism during the whole process. I will use them again if the need arises and give them my hearty recommendation as a quality run company from the initial call to completion.
