Jeff and team have been great to work with. Would highly recommend them for any Heating / AC needs.
They responded to my late night email within minutes. They came out the next day to repair my A/C unit. They charged less than other companies I spoke with which made me think maybe they would try and up sell me at the door, but nope. They even could have gouged me by charging me for coolant (my internet research pointed to the need for coolant). They checked the coolant and I didn’t need any. They replaced the bad part, answered my questions, spent time explaining how the A/C system is supposed to work, took payment and left. Simple, easy, thorough, and professional.
Jeff and his team are the absolute best for HVAC. They are honest and thorough and make sure every little thing is inspected, even if the problem is discovered early on. I feel tremendous peace of mind when I know JAB is coming to do some work. I know it'll get done, I know it'll get done right, I know they'll be honest about everything and won't upsell me, and I know they won't charge me the ridiculous rates of the bigger HVAC/plumbing companies. Love these guys!
