Dee Long fixed the problems on two different occasions, two different problems. Both without trying to sell me a new furnace, and out furnace is well past its industry standard shelf life. He only charges for labor and parts he brought in, at fair value. We will look to him when our time comes to replace our furnace. I was referred to him and I will gladly pass along to anyone who needs furnace repair. He serves Utah and Salt Lake Counties. Maybe Davis & Summit.

I would most highly recommend Long’s Air service! They worked so quick and clean and extremely knowledgeable. We also had a water heater that went bad and they replaced that as well! I am so happy to have found a HVAC company that I will use again and again!

Long’s Air Service not only provided considerably cheaper rates than our previous AC company, but also went above and beyond when we had some issues with a previous installation. Very reliable, great value and super responsive. As a result, we’ve dropped our service plan with a larger company and plan to use Long’s for future repairs. Highly highly recommend!
When our furnace died on a bitterly cold day in the dead of winter we called our excellent contractor, Scott Dent to see if he had a recommendation for us. These are his exact words: “Colton Long—he is the nicest and best guy.” So we called him, he came right away and installed a new furnace that worked better than the old one ever had. And guess what? HE REALLY IS THE NICEST AND BEST GUY! Last week when our little farmhouse furnace conked out, you can bet it was Colton we called. My husband wanted to get some other bids, but Colton was ready to install a furnace before the other guys could get around to giving us a bid! His pricing is very reasonable, and that’s great. But even more important is his integrity his knowledge, his reliability and his delightful disposition. He works with his brother who is bigger and quieter and just as delightful. After the furnace was installed Colton took the time to explain some simple ways that we could maximize its efficiency. He even went back out to his truck, brought in a ladder and opened all the heat registers for us. Who does that? You will be doing yourself a huge favor to use Long’s Air Service. We are so glad we know these honest, hard working reliable people.
Colton and his team were honest, efficient and incredibly polite while installing our new furnace and ac unit. They were not pushy, and the costs were fair. I highly recommend Long's Air Service!
I will never call another heater repair person. I called another company this morning and after looking at the furnace quoted me $480 to replace the sensors and ignition. While this technician was out picking up the parts I "needed" I called Long's just to see if this was a reasonable charge and he was able to diagnose over the phone that the only issue was the flame sensor needed a cleaning. I called and cancelled with the first guy, and Long's saved me over $400. These guys are the real deal. Pros. Honest. Life-savers. Highly recommended.
Amazing service and really knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose the problem with my furnace and even found and recommended fixes to my water heaters that would prolong their life as well. Highly recommend their services for your needs. Thanks Brandon!
Long’s Air Service is the best! I called to schedule an air conditioning repair and Dee arrived shortly after. He fixed my frozen AC and serviced the system. My air conditioning has not been this cold since owning the home for 7 years! Dee was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions along with offering some recommendations to keep my home cooler during the hot summer months. I will recommend Long’s Air Service to all my family and friends. They are amazing!!!!
