It was a pleasure doing business with RS A/C and Heating. They were prompt and courteous throughout the process and always did what they said they would do. I would recommend them to my friends and family. And they are nice guys too.
So glad we found Roy to work on our AC systems! He’s easy to talk to and responds in a timely manner. He was able to come out quickly to check our AC unit and gave us an estimate same day. We needed to get our AC unit upstairs replaced and he was able to do it quickly. Upon working on our upstairs unit he noticed that our downstairs unit was also struggling to keep our first floor cool. He was able to check out that unit right after replacing our upstairs unit. We were so impressed with Roy’s service and knowledge that we are going with him to get our second unit replaced. I would recommend him to anyone! So glad we were able to find someone knowledgeable, reliable, and honest with to work on our HVAC systems from now on!

They were very professional and upfront. They showed up on time, were considerate of the mess and most importantly did a great job fixing my A/C unit. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
Used Roy once in the past and he did a good job. Tried using him again but he no showed the scheduled appointment. I don’t have time to waste on people not showing up for a job.
Roy was great. Last year my AC compressor went out and I did not have a good experience using my warranty company. Roy was pleasant, transparent, and timely and affordable. I will only go to Roy for all future AC and Heating needs. Very happy I found him
Roy was great to work with! He explained what needed to be replaced, took pictures of the old unit, provided a written estimate and guaranteed his work! Best of all, he was on-time and the new HVAC system was replaced within 1 day. I highly recommend RS AC & Heating for all your HVAC needs!
The compressor to our AC unit went out. I called Roy late Friday afternoon. After checking the model he was able to locate a compressor that day and went to the store to get it for us. He came to our house at 7am, Saturday morning to install the unit, check the efficiency of our entire system, replaced all the refrigerant and we had cold air again by 11am that day. My pregnant wife, two toddlers, and I can’t say enough about the responsiveness, professionalism, and experience we had with Roy and his team. We highly recommend his family operated business!
I highly recommend RS AC and Heating. Our 19 year old unit froze up on us on Friday night. I called Roy first thing Saturday morning. He was there in 2 hours to check it out. He was very honest with us and was willing to “limp it along” (to save us money) but there were no guarantees with that method. We had no choice but to replace the whole unit. He placed the order for a new unit that day (Saturday) and was at our house early Tuesday morning. We had AC before 1:00! He was real good about keeping us updated from the moment he ordered the unit until after the unit was installed. Making sure we were satisfied with everything. We have a 10 year warranty on our new unit so I won’t be needing him for a while but I’ve got his number in my phone so I have it handy whenever anyone is looking for an honest HVAC repair company. Roy and his crew are awesome!
Thanks so much for responding last Sunday, and then getting and installing my new unit once it was realized the old unit had served its purpose after 19 years.

My house stopped cooling on a friday evening so I called Roy for a maintenance check. Turns out the whole furnace needed to be replaced. Roy said he had an opening the next morning and I was so grateful! If he hadn't done that for me I don't know when another company could've come out and done the work and I have two dogs who need a cool house. I would absolutely recommend Roy to anybody who wanted their HVAC systems checked out.
Roy was super knowledgeable and prompt in answering all questions and identifying the issue.
I called to get a quote to replace an evaporator coil for my AC unit. Roy came out the same day and provided an estimate that was lower than 3 other quotes and almost the same as one other quote. He did not try to sell me things I didn't need and provided information regarding what all he would do to replace the coil. He and his crew came out the next day and replaced the coil. If you want trustworthy, timely, polite, and excellent service, Roy and his team are the ones to call!

Roy is very professional. Scheduled me in quickly. Knew what the problem was right away. Obtained the parts and installed them on the same day. Highly recommended!
Fantastic service!! Roy was out the following day after calling to tell him the problem. Had my unit running and working properly very soon. He uses quality replacement parts and keeps you infirmed of what needs to be done. Reasonable prices and excellent service from a straight up honest guy. He shoots straight and will make sure things are done right before he leaves. He is now my go to for any future AC situations.
Did not check drip pan after work was done . I have to repair my ceiling due to from not prper placement of drip pan. Also insulation was in pan and water damage in attic. If you use this company make sure gobehind to have prper job done.
