The lady that answers the phone was very helpful in getting us fit in on short notice. The service technician was professional and has our A/C back on very fast. I would recommend to anyone needing A/C repairs.

WE THOUGHT WE HAD A CO$TLY EMERGENCY BUT CHRIS CAME OUT VERY PROMPTLY AND REPAIRED OUR PROBLEM. CHRIS WAS AN AMAZING , QUALITY PROFESSIONAL WITH A++ CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LET AN OLD COUPLE BREATHE AGAIN .PRICES WERE VERY VERY REASONABLE.
They were very good at explaining everything that they found and did. Service man was very good at what he did and the office personnel found a motor that was very unusual and hard to get. Also their pricing beat everyone else. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your Ac/Heating. Very honest and reputable people!!!’
Great experience. Came when they said they would. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Had me fixed up in no time and the house is cool and comfortable again. I’d recommend them to all my friends and family.
They have worked on our AC over the years and kept me from having to put in a new unit for as long as possible. They put in a new AC unit for us last summer. The unit wasn’t cooling when I cranked it up this year. I made one call. They sent someone out the very next day. Just a quick minor fix and no charge. They are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them.
The two technicians that came to fix my AC at my condo were great and extremely professional, I have had this company come out twice the past six months and I can't recommend their service more. Thank you for the great experience!

Called them based off of a recommendation after being disappointed by ETR. They were so much more responsive and professional. The technician actually called me within the time frame I was told by the receptionist and let me know what was going on. He said he’ll have someone follow up to schedule an appointment the next morning, which happened. I was given a timeframe, and the technician came within that time, quickly fixed the problem, and now we are enjoying AC again in the 100 degree weather. I love when companies communicate and do what they say they’re going to do. Thank you Kelly AC!

The technicians are trustworthy and don't try to sell you equipment that you don't need. And when they come to get you fixed up....they are the best. Recommend this company to anyone that needs their help.
Recommend 100%!! Wonderful staff, great products and had our new 2 ton Samsung quantum 2.0 installed quick and correct in the new construction home. The outside unit is so quiet you can literally stand next to it while it's running and not hear a thing. Inside head unit is just as quiet and it heats/cools the whole house crazy fast.
Hector their technician was very professional, nice & polite. He quickly assessed what we need to repair our furnace. I hope that the part can be located quickly so i can run the furnace and keep My sweet Momma warm this winter.
Just called for a sys. Inspect, as it has been 8 years since they installed my sys. Nice phone operator scheduled me in 2 days (I thought that was pretty quick for just a check). Service tech. Called ahead and was there right on time. Did a thorough inspect. Talked me through it all. Found no issues, and charged me a minimum fee. GREAT JOB!!!
WOW! I have used several AC Companies in Tyler over the years. We stumbled upon Kelly AC after a referral from a friend. They came out same day, they were earlier then estimated time, they were professional and friendly, they diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us advice for the future. I would highly recommend this company and will only use them in the future.
Miguel worked on our AC and fixed it in a matter of minutes. He was so nice and efficient, and we will definitely use Kelly Air Conditioning and Heating again!
