If you need plumbing, electrical or HVAC I strongly suggest using Lightfoot mechanics! Both Ryan and Orlando were amazing! Very patient with all my question and went the extra mile! We will be using them first all of our repairs!!

they got here on time and got right into tearing out the old ac unit and installed the new unit very quickly as well as gave us any info we needed about the new unit. we will continue with their great service.

I can’t say enough about like the mechanical they are just great. And the service man Matthew Morrison was very personable and very nice guy and knew his business.
They came out late at night to fix a leak on a holiday weekend. They were awesome!
Not very impressed with their HVAC "tune-up" it is just an inspection they don't actually do anything to your unit. That is not what a tune-up is to me, they should change filter, clean unit and check freon levels. Very disappointed will not renew membership.
Technician wanted to replace my system at a cost of $10,000. He said refrigerant was low and would need to be completely removed and replaced at $350 per pound. I had to let him go and get someone else who freed a stuck valve and no refrigerant was needed. It seems this technician needs to be retained.
I recently had an encounter with Lightfoot Mechanical regarding my older AC unit, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While I appreciated the courteous and professional demeanor of the staff I interacted with, their failure to address my original concern and their pushy sales tactics have led me to give them a two-star rating. Initially, I noticed water leaking from my AC unit, which was a cause for concern due to potential damage to my home and foundation. Seeing Lightfoot Mechanical's sticker on the unit, I decided to give them a call. Sierra, the representative I spoke to initially, was friendly and professional. However, it was surprising to hear that they had never serviced my address before, despite their sticker being on my unit. Sierra informed me that their service call fee was $85, but she also presented me with the option of becoming a priority member for $150, which included two annual tune-ups and a 15% discount on parts. Intrigued by the potential benefits, I opted for the membership and scheduled a service appointment for the following day. Two technicians arrived promptly, and they appeared professional as well. However, during their inspection, I noticed that no tools or actual labor were being utilized. After approximately 20 minutes, the main technician approached me with the disappointing news that he would not recommend investing any money into my unit. He claimed that everything was running at maximum capacity and fixing the unit would cost a minimum of $3000 or more. I was not provided with the full range of options that the company allegedly offers, and the technician advised me to consult with a project manager instead. Meanwhile, my original concern regarding the water leakage remained unaddressed. The technicians did nothing to rectify the issue or mitigate the potential damage. It wasn't until I took matters into my own hands, changed the filter, and used a shop vac to clear a clog in the line that I managed to r
Ryan and his partner came an hour late however, I later learned it was beyond their control. The company needs to give more control to their employees.They both did a super job and left the kitchen cleaner than when they started. I would use this company again.
Justin is a very polite, respectful & highly informative on AC/HAV systems, no up sales just direct as to problems, low-high as to fix! I applaud him, think about crawling up into an attic with 100+ heat/humidity as we are having! Good upstanding young man! Thank you Lightfoot!

Called Lightfoot at 8 AM and was told they would be out between 5 PM - 9 PM. Received a text just after 1:00 that the technician was on his way. Curtiss arrived and diagnosed the problem in minutes. Curtiss performed the repairs and informed me of the work that was completed. Really satisfied with the service, especially arriving four-five hours before the original appointment window to get our HVAC running again.
Chris was awesome. Showed up on a Saturday and got our system up and running quick! Chris was extremely professional and knowledgeable, highly recommend!
