Mike Staas Services came and fixed some of the plumbing in my attic. They did a great job and were very responsive. It's great knowing that there are still plumbing companies that you can trust and rely on.
Kevin and Kent came out and immediately found the problem that was causing water to leak through our ceiling. Fixed it quit and efficiently.
They are the best no matter what time day or night . I have had them do big jobs and small jobs . Also they clean up their mess that's a plus .

I had an old A/C unit that stopped working. I had them come out and see if it could be repaired until a new system could be installed. They could not get it working. I called the office and set an appointment up to have someone come see what new unit would be best for my house. They did not show or call the day of the appointment. I called and asked if they could come the next day and they said yes. Another no show no call. Same happened the next day. They never bothered to call. I found a great HVAC company that showed up on time for the first appointment. They then sent me 3 different proposals for my house later that day. I signed and sent one in and they installed the system a few days later.
Roy, plumbing tech, did a great job replacing my water heater. He was on time, professional and answered all my questions about the job. I would not hesitate to call this company again. Would have been a 5 star review but he brought the wrong brand of water heater. It wasn’t the brand I was told by the CS rep. would be installed when I made the appointment. Roy immediately arranged to have the correct unit delivered, which just took extra time to complete the job. Still, he did a great job for a fair price.
By the time Staas HVAC came out the 3rd time, my thermostat had been replaced, system cleaned and blower motor replaced with a service charge each time. I told the tech I was unhappy and he replied that I could just call someone else next time. Very unprofessional. The system still wasn’t working so I pushed the reboot button and it has worked fine ever since then. I won’t call them again…ever.
Was buying a house. Needed a trustworthy name (for several trades) to come and assess the property; & they did. Timely, Knowledgeable , & and ready with answers that i had. * they were able to provide plumbing, mechanical , & plumbing advice - and services...I was impressed & happy with the caliber of service I received. Them being a local (Waco owned & based) company was a plus.

Very happy. Jeff came to do a significant amount of work in our two bathrooms – involving lots of rust and several issues. He spent about 3 hours working hard and both bathrooms are 100% fixed and working great. The invoice was reasonable for his time and excellent work. Will definitely use again.

We had an after-hours plumbing emergency a few weeks ago. The service professional was friendly, timely and awesome. Our problem was found and fixed in less than three hours from the time we called. We would definitely recommend Mike Staas Services to all our friends and neighbors.
Dillon Staas worked on my hallway toilet and water heater today and did an excellent job. He was very professional and clean. He got all the work done in one morning and was honest about every step. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for all you did today Dillon!
I called in July to have some repair work on my very old A/C system. The tech came out and fixed it the next day. Which was great! That part of the service I had no problem with. I did ask if someone could call me to come out and quote me on a full A/C system replacement. I wait for over a week with no call back and so I called to inquire why. The guy fumbles around to find my paperwork (I could hear him shuffling papers around) and sets up an appt. He misses the appt with no phone call to reschedule and I had to call him again the next day! He actually showed up for the second appt and looks over my system and tells me he'll call me back. I've never heard back from them. I won't be giving them my business for my A/C replacement.
