The worst time for my heater to go out. Coldest winter Texas has had in awhile. Rick came out 5:30 last night and saved our family from having a very cold nights sleep. Was super surprised when he called back and said he was on his way.....in this weather. Amazing service. Thank you thank you Rick!!!
