John Paul did an excellent job. Lochridge-Priest responded within a few hours and had the issue corrected.
Installers very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing.
Antonio was knowledgeable, patient , and extremely helpful. He and Josh took the time to assess my concerns and offer the best resolution. I look forward to having them both return to complete my ac repair next week.
Toby was not in the drop down however he was very experienced answered all my questions and as a person he was very nice, your office staff was so sweet, she was a wonderful person!
Raul was very professional and took care of my need for an electrical outlet in the garage. He cleaned up any mess that was made in installing the unit and explained everything he did. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I HIGHLY recommend!!

I had a ring doorbell installed because I didn't have an existing doorbell. Technician was very professional and walked me through the setup of the device. Awesome experience
The Company was very busy, and they were able to fit me in to fix my AC unit. I had called several companies and they were backed up until the end of next week. This Company sent out two professional technicians. But I have to give two thumbs up to Walton who really knew his stuff.

John Esparza was awesome! He was on time, called to let us know when he would be at our home. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and showed us. He was very quick at fixing the problem. I recommend this company. We had terrible service with another company that installed our AC (Royal Air Houston), and their techs were no shows three times and we were left without AC for almost five weeks in excessive heat with horrible customer service. Lochridge Priest customer service was very understanding, called us back promptly and was able to get a tech out to our house the next day. Amazing service. Can’t say enough good things.

I had partial power go out in the 1st week of June which also included my ac. They sent Raul out & he was so helpful. He was prompt & got the job done in an efficient manner. I greatly appreciate him & what he's done for us!
Mark Adair was actually my technician. He was not in your drop down. Whether we get the issue fixed now or not - great service. Friendly, very straight forward on pricing. Waiting on the quote still but represented the business well. I’ll update if we decide to act on the bid.
Antonio was polite, very respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He talked to my husband about the rolling blackouts and how we how had the back up general was great. Our problem was that we actually had a leak on the inside coils. He warned us that it may cost us about $4k for a replacement.
Jose did a great job checking out our HVAC system. He explained what he did and what his findings meant in a manner I could understand. Making the appointment was very easy. The person on the phone was extremely helpful. I feel like what I paid was a good value for the level of service I received. 10/10 would recommend!
