One of their guys nearly drove us off the road (hwy 84 at highway 6). Complete disregard for our right of way, ignored our turn light and almost rear ended us (with our 2 year old in the car). If my employ was caught driving like that I would fire him. Have no idea how they are as ac company but can’t drive.
Very professional technician diagnosed my problem quickly and got HVAC back blowing cold air
A/C went out at 7:00pm on a Friday and was fixed by 9:00. The technician, Will, was very personable, professional and great at his craft. Thank you!
So helpful, professional, friendly and arrived same day as phoned them. They worked very fast to get my stores heat back on and we couldn't be happier😊

I managed a job that they did for a builder customer that they have had for over 10 years. We had a mini-split unit go down on us and we were told that it was under warranty and would be repaired for free. Shortly after repairing the unit, we got an invoice from them charging us for not only the labor but the parts. The charge was 2/3 the price of the entire unit. I called them to discuss and talked to the owner, Nancy. She was extremely abrupt, irritable, rude and unwilling to honor the word they spoke to us. Two of her technicians overheard the conversation (I had her on speaker phone not realizing it would go this direction). When I got off the phone with her, they both (at separate times not knowing the other aid the same thing) confided in me that the owner "treats them like that too". Nancy does not practice good business practices. Neither me nor my client will be using their services again.

I did not enjoy my experience doing business with this company. They do not honor appointment times and do not care if they inconvenience you.This is not a client-oriented business. Save your money, they don’t even cover their warranties. It’s a shame, I like to support local businesses.
