After my AC went out I called Haught Air Conditioning. My husband had used their services in the past and was pleased with them. Within 3 hours a representative, Dave, was here to check my AC. After discussing the machine and what it would need I choose to purchase a new system which was installed the very next day! All three employees from Haught were very professional, friendly, informative and experienced. This could have been a bad situation with our high temperatures but thanks to Haught it wasn’t and we are enjoying our new A/C. Thank you guys!
Haught came out within a few hours of the call. On time. We were only charged a service call since it was simply a reset of the unit.
My son's name is on this review ecause he helped me on Google. This job has been completed after more than a month. I think the delay was caused by a lot of internal miscommunication. Nevertheless, everyone has been polite and cordial, and everything seems to be working well. Thank you. Patsy Gibbs
Rep checked the operating system, said there wasn't any thing that it needed. However, be thinking about replacing the outside unit soon. It is not operating accordingly. The rep was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for your service again, and as soon as my son and I discuss replacing the outside unit/compressor, we will be in touch. Thanks again, RTN
