Owner was very responsive to our needs. I saw them on the corner working on another house when our A/C went out. They came right over when they were down with the current house and got right to work. Our unit needed a new part and they were quick to order and get it fixed.
Daniel is amazing! He has worked on our rental unit the last couple of years and has done an excellent job. He is always on time and professional. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend Haddox!
While all other companies were trying to figure out if we were worth the Friday night drive. This company was quick to to come service our a/c., very knowledgeable..great customer service from the time I called, 'til the technician walked out of my house. Diagnosed what was wrong..replaced part and got a/c running in half hour. I totally recommend!!

Haddix was the ONLY HVAC repair company to respond to our calls on Memorial Day weekend. Daniel H. was professional and courteous throughout the visit. He quickly troubleshot and replaced the blower fan and performed a spring checkup on our system. He even entertained the questions of our third grader. I will use Haddix for all my future HVAC needs.

Daniel saved my bacon! Needed a new capacitor on a Sunday and Daniel arranged a way for it to happen, did me a MAJOR solid. This is why you buy local! Man earned my business right off the bat.

Haddix worked closely with me and my home insurance company during a confusing time as both units failed within 2 days if each other. Once we got through 2 service tickets, Haddix worked quickly on getting parts in, installed and functional. They also moved some ducts around and put in return ducts throughout the house, which has made a world of difference. Highly recommend!
