They came out to fix our non working ac unit outside. They were able to fix the melted wire quickly and correctly. They were super professional and nice! Would definitely recommend to anybody that needs work.

We see David yearly for Freon top ups. He keeps our old system limping along. Always friendly, professional, competent and honest. It’s never fun to have a broken air conditioner in the heat of summer but if you do find yourselves in such a predicament, Floyd Services is a wonderful repair service with a warm staff that will have you back in the cool air in no time. 10 out of 10. Would recommend.
I think it’s difficult to navigate between home warranties and A/C companies. However, once they came out, they were knowledgeable, and made sure everything was installed just right and cleaned up well after. The value was great, as well, when you have to purchase a new air conditioning unit.
The guys showed up a day early and fixed the issue in like 20 minutes. Super friendly, courteous, and professional! Will definitely be recommending them in the future!

One of the worst services on the area
David from Floyd services is the guy that owns and runs the business. It is just a 1 person show. He never comes out when he schedules to come out. He reschedule the appointment over and over. He won’t come install the part that the home warranty first American is telling me he has. Very terrible contractor. Wears dirty cloths, reeks of alcohol and hasn’t shaved in months. Very bad experience waiting a month to get my furnace and ac fixed, when the part is at the supplier around the corne
