My call was for HVAC-because of a noise I was hearing. They pinpointed the problem immediately and lo and behold 1 cooling unit wasn’t working at all. They in the meantime explained what a particular unit was that I had no idea its purpose. Their tel# is being saved in my phone!

The tech was good at explaining why this ice maker would not work & that I wouldn't have to pay the added cost of a factory one I truly appreciate that glad I called Campbell's.
Was able tofu proble after part came in. Service fee is quite expensive, but washer still works well.Great technition.

Great communication to keep us informed of his arrival time. Quickly assessed the washing machine issue, will return once the part comes in. Resolved the refrigerator problem quickly. Professional, friendly, and provided us with detailed information on the repair(s) and options.
Fix Dish washer. Tech was late for appointment to fix it. Work was good.

The repair team was on time, discovered the issue and informed me of the repair. They were informative and professional.
It took 3 & 1/2 weeks to get right parts and fix washing machine. Communication with office was poor and lacking in timely response. We had to call multiple times to find out reason for delays.
The two technicians were very professional and prompt. They even clean up the water and blew out the waterline. Real professional and great people.
They did not fix my freezer. The fridge is no longer working. And they did not return my call to inquire into what the issue was.
