Polite and punctual, had some difficulty locating parts on a holiday weekend but succeeded.
My a/c went out in the middle of the night, called for service at 8:30 a.m.and the tech was here by 9:15 a.m. Their service is fast, efficient and very reasonably priced!! I will 100% recommend for all a/c and heating work!
They couldn't fix the issue I had originally called about. Couldnt really do much of anything on the service checklist. Wasnt completely the techs fault. The unit was installed in a difficult orientation. But the guy that I delt with on this job didnt really have a can-do attitude. On top of that messed up the gas line going to the furnace. Came home and the house was filled with gas. We have an older home so the valves at the wall making the connection to the furnace were out of date but still working. The furnace and the line that was damaged was only 5 years old. Had to call Atmos energy to find the gas leak. Determined it was right where the tech was working. Got red tagged by atmos which led to a 1000$ bill from a plumber to bring all the valves and connections in the house up to code. I had the plumber fix the techs mistake as part of that 1000$ If you need a system recharge or simple task I guess they can do that. But if you have a real job you need done. I would look elsewhere.
Very friendly on the phone. It wasn't 10min when I got a tech at the house to replace broken thermostat. Larry was friendly, professional and got it done. Simple explaination on operation and its back on track.
We had a great experience here! They were able to get our AC/heating maintenance scheduled quickly and it was very affordable! They called us after they were done with our service since we weren’t in the area at that time to explain every thing to us, they gave us the sizes of all of the air filters we need, and they told us the location of all of the air filters in our new house. We really appreciated their service!
Jeff was professional and answered all my questions.. he showed me the parts that were defective. This was a first. I will use them again.

Jeff from All Pro Air Conditioning came out today and fixed our AC in less than thirty minutes. Jeff figured out the problem fast and was able to resolve it in minutes. Amazing service. The guys replaced a motor the same day, even driving up to Waco to get the right one. Honest and up front about pricing which was very fair. Never felt like I was being oversold. Will go with these guys again for sure.
Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of this summer. I called them at 10 am. Here's why they got my business: 1. They actually answered the phone in person. 2. They were able to give me a ballpark figure without the usual, "It all depends..." 3. They were able to come the same day. 4. They were polite and professional on the phone. Here's why they'll keep my business: 1. The serviceman easily identified what was wrong and had a replacement part with him. 2. He explained what the problem was and gave extra information. 3. He was honest. The price was about half of what it was estimated to be!! 4. He did not complain about the heat or my messy garage. What a professional, and what an asset this business is to Temple!
