Chris was awesome! Our A/C broke on a hot Texas Saturday and Chris got to us very quickly. He did a great job getting our HVAC back in shape. His prices are fair and reasonable. He’ll be the first number I’ll call when I need work done.
I called High Caliber at about 3pm because my AC was out all day and it was close to 85/86 in the house. Chris said he would come out and help us out, he showed up after 6pm. Upon troubleshooting, he found the issue and even stayed later to complete the job. I highly recommend High Caliber they went above and beyond to help us get our AC working again. The technician was very courteous and thorough and his job. He went beyond to ensure safety of the condition of the unit is a great technician.
Great fast service. Chris was able to get the problem fixed right away after another company told me the only way to fix it was to replace the entire unit with a higher ton unit.
The blower on my central air system was making terrible noise. After checking around only High Caliber could come out that Saturday. Chris was able to diagnose and thoroughly explain the the problem to me and give me an estimate of the cost to fix it. I will certainly use him again.
Our AC stopped working and had a service come and evaluate with a high estimate for the part and labor total to fix the blower motor. I called around a few places to see if the estimate was accurate and called High Caliber. On a Friday at 3:30 PM, he gave a better estimate, drove to Killeen from Temple to obtain the part, and fixed it the same evening. Took pictures of all relevant parts to ensure that everything was working as expected. I recommend this service company to others compared to the competitors.

My 21 Year old Heat pump HVAC died. I called Chris at High Caliber heat and air and made arrangements. Chris noticed that our old unit was actually to small for the our home and suggested the correct size. We agreed. Now our home is kooler than it's ever been. Chris also registered our HVAC for us. It comes with a 10 year warranty. Great service. Very satisfied customer.
Came at midnight within 30 minutes and by one am air-conditioned fixed. Positive and pleasant. During this heatwave we slept cool.
This company by far the best so far. Was getting tired of poor quality and service from companies in Temple, TX. This is quality and service. Where do I begin. Very happy with the price for everything. Happy with the installers work ethic. And was very informative about the unit. Believe me I had doubts seeing he was by himself. He proved me wrong. Everything was immaculate. I know when I see an individual who loves what they do and is a master at their craft. Even later had an issue and called and once he found out I was a customer this individual had a big job that day and assured me he will be by that day. Man kept his word and fix my issue that evening. You have to respect that. I know a good thing when I see it and will continue to stay with this company. We ran into AC problem Friday after 5pm, what bad timing. Luckily Chris answered my call and came out to save the day. He was super professional, fixed the problem, and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Great service and fair price. Highly recommend him!

Chris was Amazing! Our AC went out and it was so hot. It was over 95 degrees inside my house. I couldn’t get our home warranty to help us for a few days. I was on the verge of buying window units just to survive. High Caliber was available same day and was a huge savings over the temporary fix I was about to spend at Lowes to survive. Chris really did a great job at my home. For the last year I have been trying to get it working right and Chris really did awesome. Took his time finding what the problem was and properly troubleshooting the ac system. Will definitely be using Chris in the future.
Chris arrived in the time frame as promised. He worked for four hours on my unit to resolve an issue I had over 6 months ago. I’ve had three other technicians to try and fix the problem but was never resolved. He went as far as repairing other things he found that he wasn’t contracted to do. Very professional and knowlageable! They came out same day and were able to get both of my units tuned up and working again. Chris explained the process and even taught me some maintenance tips to keep my system working efficiently. I would highly recommend High Caliber! They will be my first and only call from now on.
