Very fast, very professional. Air control knew I had no air and had two small kids at home. And my air was up and running within an hour once the technician showed up. Very grateful to their prompt response.

This is THE BEST company we have ever used. Air Control is amazing. Jason came out yesterday (6/15/23) to check out what we THOUGHT was an AC issue. He was so kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. Turns out it's actually a plumbing problem not an AC problem, which after Jason explained everything to us, makes complete sense. Jerry is our regular technician and we think he's awesome too. They are both very knowledgeable and always spend time explaining everything to us. We have a 14 year old unit that they keep in great shape for us. We are so confident with this company and their employees, we would highly recommend them to everyone! We previously renewed our 3 year contract with them. They come out twice a year to check everything so we don't have to worry when we switch from heat to AC... AND they even provide us with the filters each time. And because of our contract, yesterday's visit was no charge!! Great company. We highly recommend them.

Our HVAC system in our house, we call her Christine and Sunday she decided to go to superheat around 1400. Of course, it shut down due to the temperature being 108 ambient. Bryan had Jerry come out first thing Monday morning and after some absolutely professional troubleshooting, the issue was repaired, and all is good. Can't say enough good things about this company. I have lived here for 36 years and Air Control is the best.
I would not trust any other company to do the job. They have installed and serviced my system for years. They are always professional and have taken the time to ensure my system is working at its highest performance. My electric bill runs between $60 and $120 throughout the year. Well worth the investment.
The technician arrived promptly, performed inspection of A/C. Was professional and I'm always pleased with the excellent service. My next appointment is already scheduled.
