Ellis Air put 2 new HVAC systems in our home 6 and 10 months ago respectfully. Recently had a problem with the heat output and constant running of one. Called and was told someone would be out later that afternoon. Blake showed up around 4 and found and corrected two problems in short order There was no charge. System working like a champ now.
18 year old systems coils blew up. Was in need of a new system. They were prompt and up front with pricing. With a free quote. They also have financing and that was super easy. Was quoted on Thursday and was able to have the new system installed on Monday. Excellent service. Thank you!
Posted a frustrated post. I was in error. Guys got out fixed a problem 4 others wanted almost 2k for. Cost 271 rather than 2k. Wont use anyone else.
Worst company ever. Rude receptionist. Haven't had our a/c working the whole month of July they forgot to order a part completely and still haven't been back to fix it. Left us 1 window unit for a 3 bedroom house with 3 adults and 2 dogs. We're not NEW construction so we're definitely not priority I get it but a full month?? Worst place ever.
Tenant let me know at 440 pm on a Friday that the AC wasn't working. Called 4 or 5 other companies and earliest available out of all of those was Monday. Called Ellis and got the answering service a little after 5. 15 minutes later I received a call from technician Patrick who said he would be at the property in 90 minutes. Sure enough he got there on time and made a quick fix. 5 stars
My ac went out on a Friday night. Called my normal place, never got a call back. I got a call back within 45 min and they even came out at 1030pm. It was an easy fix and the guy was as nice as could be.
These guys are the best in the industry, never before have I dealt with people that are so professional, I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.
Couldn't be happier with the service. A/C went last night, called this AM (Labor Day, didn't think anyone could come until tomorrow) and they had it fixed by 11:15 AM. Capacitor needed replacing, which they found was under warranty & saved us a couple hundred. Was expecting to have to wait 24hrs + a huge bill and got neither. Definitely our "go to" in the future. Wish it hadn't cost someone else their Labor Day, but it's much appreciated!

The tech showed up on time, demonstrated his competence and honesty, was friendly but professional, got the job done, collected the fee and left. It doesn’t get any better. This company will get my business every time now.

David R with Ellis air serviced both my main system and my split unit today and did a fantastic job. He took his time answered all of my questions he found a capacitor that was weak taking the time to show me the values that it should be, allowable tolerances and measured it in front of me. I will continue to use Ellis Air to service my heating and air units and specifically request David R in the future.
David was a confident and professional technician. He came out for a spring service and found and resolved 2 issues on one on the indoor unit and one on the out door. Also gave me a detailed explanation on each fault found and the plan of action taking place. All within an hour. Thankyou David for giving my family a positive start to texas summer.
We have had ellis air as our service provider since move-in...all their techs have been great..they've made several modifications to our system as requested and very happy with the results...David has been our main tech last several year...we find him to be courteous and knowledgeable..always takes the time to explain things to us...thank you David and ellis air
Great service at a very sensible price! Semiannual service rates are very good compared to competitors. I definitely did not break the bank for them to come out and check both my units!
