Chris Mallard arrived within the time window given. Communicated when he was on his way. Gave pointers on how to better take care of our system and repaired the issue we were having fast and accurately. Held good, professional conversation while he worked. Great guy. Highly recommend.

It's currently 105°F in Lewisville Texas and yesterday was the same temperature. It's hot as Hades and I know many companies are overwhelmed with calls but after 2 days & 14 companies, Xtreme Air Services was the only company that stayed in touch and ACTUALLY sent someone out. Heather was great on the phone so, compassionate and made sure I knew someone was going to help. I received a message from them with a picture of the technician who was coming so I was informed of whom to expect. I really appreciate that as a woman!! Chris was on time, professional, friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable and quickly solved the issue with my Air-conditioning. I highly recommend their services for your HVAC needs!! They also offer plumbing, electrical and roofing. I will be using this company in the future!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!! 🙏
Our AC went out and I called Xtreme Air. They immediate got us an appointment and someone was at our house within a few hours. The technician was friendly and thoroughly explained what had happened. He also checked our inside unit to make sure there were no other problems. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I would recommend them to anyone. What a great company!
My mom has had bad experiences with repairmen. I'm NOT exaggerating when I say, she hates them all. Well, hell must have frozen over. She really liked Ray. He made her feel comfortable and patiently answered her questions.
Josh provided a very thorough input on what I needed for replacing my A/C unit. He was extremely personable and I enjoyed discussing my lack of A/C issue with him.
Technician was scheduled to arrive between 1-3pm with a 30-45min call ahead. Technician finally showed at 530pm after I had left the house, and again no call he was headed my way. Very unhappy with the Lack of communication.
I have been in the plumbing service industry for 20 years and in construction for 25 years. Juan was our A/C service tech, from Extreme Air, the experience was fantastic. Juan gave us the best price he could, Extreme Air beat Willards A/C price by 1300 dollars. Juan also had all the parts on his truck, unlike Willard A/C they just told me that they needed to contact the factory. I'm glad I called Extreme Air, I was really short on cash and they understood and helped me with a few discounts. Thank you and God bless you.

They were GREAT They were expedient and neat. They did not leave till they were sure everything worked properly. Would highly recommend them. Very professional It's not listed but they replaced my a/c and furnace.
Colt was my technician that c came out to give a quote He was thorough and didn't try to upsell me on anything I had 4 companies provide quotes and some were cheaper but the service and attention to details by Colt had me choosing this company
Our air conditioner stopped working so we called Extreme Air Services since they were referred to us. I am so glad I called them, they were awesome to deal with from start to finish! Josh came out on Saturday and asked us questions and told us what he would put in and why. We loved that Josh was honest and he did not try to upsell us. Prior to Extreme Air coming out, we had a different hvac company try to upsell us. The other company, required a $500 deposit and when we changed our mind hours later they refused to refund our $500 deposit. Extreme Air Services saved us thousands of dollars on the hvac system and took $500 off because we lost our deposit with the prior company. The customer service and the honesty are hard to find these days. Extreme Air came out on Saturday and Monday our new hvac system was installed.
Great service call. Clean, courteous and super nice! They Explained our problems and how to fix them and what to do to prevent them from happening again. Also told us the cost prior to repairs. Very courteous and cleaned up when finished. Really enjoyed their service call.
I've been using this company every since they got started, we was their very first customer! I haven't and probably won't use anyone else! The technicians are so friendly and professional, everyone I've ever talked to is super kind!
My service person was on-time, polite and very knowledgeable. He provided a very in dept inspection of my HAVC system. He shared the components in the HAVC system that needs to be repaired or replace. He also provided the cost associated with the repairs. Pete is an outstanding services tech.
