I'm so happy to have found Swan through the Good Contractors List! Kenny G came out to look at my electric panel and change out a breaker. He gave me some wonderful advice and insight to boot. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Whatever the need, electric, plumbing or HVAC. This is the company I'm going with from now on!
I have had previous experience with Swan but had to use the emergency service when the A\C went out even though that service is experience it was worth the money and the A\C is back up and running the same night

I was very satisfied with the work done by David and his assistant . They were very professional, knew what they were doing and did the work in record time. They cleaned up after themselves and they completed the job within an hour. I will definitely continue to use Swan Plumbing, heating and Air for any of my future needs.

I bought a service policy from Swan and needed them today to look at our A/C. They arrived on time, worked quickly to check the entire system and they washed the outdoor condenser unit to get it clean and working better. Because of having the service policy, there was no charge for services performed today.

David and Anthony were AMAZING! I told them what was wrong and they were able to quickly assess the problem. The job/flat rate is very helpful. They were upfront and honest about the problem and the price. Before he left he explained the other services that they provide. I can’t wait to schedule their services and get this newly purchased home in shape! I feel good about spending my money with local family-owned companies that hire licensed individuals.
Swan was excellent as always. Jeremy was great and he gave us an idea of where our A/C system is and let us know what options are for the future as it ages.
From the moment that Andy arrived he was professional, knowledgeable and just plain kind. Hottest day of the year and our power box failed. Fixing our problem in a timely manner because of the intense heat was upmost on Andy’s mind. Job well done! Highly recommend. Excellent service.
This company has been absolutely great to work with! We have a membership and they will come out to check your Heating/AC, plumbing, and electrical. Today they serviced the AC and our Tech was a pleasure to meet!

Stay away for plumbing. Just paid $2000 for a 12 year Rheem from and installed by Home Depot. Labor is also guaranteed for 12 years. Swan wanted over $4000 for a 9 year heater and only guaranteed the labor 1 year. Attempted robbery.
Michael was my service technician, he was very professional with his work, the job took longer than he expected, however, he was very patience, when I was asking questions, and he was very informative about what he was doing, and what he needed to do. I will recommend Swan Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air, if someone should need your service

Had to get a new hot water heater, as ours went out. Initially thought it was one part, but after install of that part, it was discovered that another part was also bad. Rather than spending another week with no hot water, we opted to buy a new hot water heater. Came out today, and got the old one out and installed the new one. Done in about 3-4 hours. My husband and I are happy to have hot water, again
