I would not recommend THAC for new system installs. THAC replaced a coil when my system was not cooling, which was based on their inspection and recommendation. The install appeared to go fine, but as soon as they left the cooling line upstairs was making significant noise while running. And while the system cooled, the fan blew much lower. So two problems right away. Interestingly, as they finished the coil install, they asked why I didn’t replace the compressor also. I reminded them that they diagnosed the system and only recommended coil replacement. That was confusing. To their credit, they did one follow up diagnosis and identified that the two stage system was only operating in stage 1 and tripping when it went to stage 2. They also thought the cooling line was freezing up. They recommended a couple options and were going to work up quotes. And that’s the end of their service. Since then there has been no communication from the company despite many follow ups from me. Simple requests for the quotes are unanswered for months and I have to now find someone else to get my AC system operating well. So there was a missed initial inspection and diagnosis. And then no follow up communication after an install. I would recommend them for simple quick visits. But cannot recommend them for any installs or significant work.
Did awesome work and came out pretty quickly and fixed it very fast. With the temperature heating up, my AC was not able to perform like it used to. I reached out to Frank and his team and they were able to get it handled ASAP. Now the AC is back cooling again and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly Recommend!!!! Danny came out on a Sunday within 15 minutes of placing the call. He had our ac working in about another 15 minutes. He was professional and great to work with. He also gave us a quote at our request for some other things we wanted done in the future. Danny was fast, honest, and I trust him and this company for future ac service. I could not recommend them more highly.
I've used this company for a year now. They replaced a blown capacitor last year, on a Sunday night, and had it fixed in 2 hours at a very fair price. Naturally, I called on them again this year to install a new Ruud AC system. The quoted price was excellent, they did not upsell me on anything, and they had it installed 4 days after the quote was approved. Though Ruud is an excellent brand, and seems to have dodged the "supply chain" problems the other big names are struggling with, the brand of your AC doesn't really matter. It's the quality of your HVAC technician's work and installation that matters. Frank Garcia (owner/our technician) is an honest guy, and a real master at his craft. Thanks to him, my family is living in real comfort again. I would highly recommend this business.
Excellent response time and service. I didn’t feel they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I got 3 different estimates based on what my needs were and went with the middle option. Choosing to replace my upstairs outside condenser unit and evaporator in the attic. They also were willing to show me how to keep my condenser coils clean and drain tubes. They use Ruud /Rheem products which currently are not affected by the supply chain mess.
Man these guys were phenomenal. They found a way to get us taken care of today even without all of the equipment on site that they probably needed to make the job easier on themselves . Price was extremely fair and straightforward. Definitely calling them the next time i need anything .
Thermal heating and cooling has been my ac service and repair company for 5+ years now. Every year I get a check up, frank helped me get by with my old outdated system for years until this year when I made the decision to replace with a new energy efficient unit. I am more than happy. Frank and his crew were quick, answered my millions of question, and cleaned up after themselves. I won’t even think about using anyone else.
Our technician, Frank, was very personable and knowledgeable! He was very efficient in addressing the issues we had with our AC, and took extra steps to ensure everything was set up right from now on. We just bought our house at the beginning of Feb and he identified some issues that were missed by others prior to our purchase. Highly recommend and we will use again if any problems arise in the future!
Thermal Heating and Cooling takes care of their customers. If they can come out right away they do or at least some point in the day! Their guys know what they are talking about and get the job done right away.

Our AC broke, Saturday Memorial Day weekend! Within 2 hours of contacting April for help, we had our unit fixed. Fast excellent service! 10/10 would recommend. We will be using them in the future. I told April what was wrong and she was very educated with her thought process. What she figured was wrong was actually wrong. This company is awesome!!

Referred to by former owner of our home - called about upstairs furnace not coming on. Talked to Frank -- within 2 hours sent out a technician Cannon that was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite.
While I did not use them this time around I was very impressed with their communication and responsiveness. Everything about them screamed professional. Also based on experiences of friends who have used this business I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
Finally found an AC company I can trust! They installed our unit a couple years ago after a recommendation from a friend. The process was wonderful and cost much less than others. We also recently just had it serviced and an unintentional issue happened and we had a leak. They took full responsibility and fixed everything! They are very professional, very knowledgeable and they all truly care about their customers. Very thankful to have found this company and will remain a loyal customer.
I cannot thank this company enough! We've been dealing with A/C issues for weeks because the company the home warranty company sent was awful. The other company wasn't going to come out for 5 days. FIVE DAYS!!! IN Texas heat!!! After getting frustrated and extremely hot we followed the recommendation of a neighbor and called THC. Not only was April (the receptionist) super sweet and informative, but they were able to come out the same day! Not only did they get there the same day they were 10 minutes early!!! Nate (technician) was super professional and knowledgeable. He was able to solve the cooling issue in about 20 minutes. We will definitely use them for future needs. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!
