Called at 8 a.m. Monday to have them look at a water heater and by 11 a.m. it was replaced and working great. Also had them put in an air conditioning unit last spring and a new furnace before that; every time I have been very happy with the work done!!!
I was stuck with no AC during a brutal heatwave and he went above and beyond to get me back to normal. He was extremely honest and upfront about what needed to be done, he did exactly what he said he would do, and in a very timely fashion. Now my AC works better than ever! Mike discovered our 5 ton AC wasn’t working and couldn’t be repaired. He gave us a quote on Saturday. Sunday they came back to install the new unit. They were done in 5 hours. Everything was cleaned up and the guys were very professional and they answered all my questions. Everyone should use Cole Heating and Cooling Service!!! They are an awesome company!!
Mike was my service technician.He assessed and said my unit was good . He advised me to buy a compressor saver kit to increase the lifespan of my unit. He did a remarkable job.Will highly recommend.
Our furnace stopped working today and we were unable to find anyone to come and look at it. I and my wife called Cole Heating and Cooling Service and they were able to send a technician immediately. Mike, the technician who showed up provided exceptional service and helped us get the furnace working within an hour. There was no any extra charges than what was quoted. Mike showed up as he had said. He was very experienced and the cost was very affordable. We've been experiencing breakdown with our AC from the time the warranty ran out. He was able to diagnose the problem and promised a full refund if his remediation did not work. Right now we are so cool and comfortable. I highly recommend Cole Heating and Cooling Service.

I would highly recommend Cole Heating and Cooling Service. They recently replaced my hot water heater and were able to come the same day I called and charged a very fair price. Mike and Matt were very professional and did a great job. They also put down floor covers and cleaned everything up after they were done. I bought a house that had a very old heater in it. I had to replace it with a new one. I contacted Cole Heating and Cooling Service about it and immediately someone was sent out for inspection. The inspection was done very well and the following day a team led by Mike were at my place for installation. They tirelessly worked through to the very end of the installation process. My house is now warm. Will check out on this company next time I have an issue with my heater. Thanks.
