I have had very fast and efficient service with these guys several times, what I like best is that they will clearly explain what the problem is in a manner which prevents me from feeling like I could just be being taken advantage of, if they think a homeowner could prevent an issue from reoccurring they have enough respect for your integrity that they will just tell you.
Jonan was very informative and helpful. He answered all of my questions about the maintenance of my AC.
2023 Update: I continue to be impressed with the service provided by this company. All of the techs who have showed up so far have been top-notch! Humble, professional, knowledgeable. Jonan in the recent past for maintenance and Franco just now on a Sunday morning (July 2) to troubleshoot a bit of a condensation from the unit drain lines and assure that all was as expected. Called last afternoon for some urgent service as I noticed water dripping from the outside of the unit drain line - Gabrielle was very prompt in alerting Franco , who called and promised to show up on a Sunday. He called twice to provide ETA; showed up and looked over the unit to make sure nothing was awry. A drain line that needed to be raised a tad was raised, he even helped pour bleach down the drain lines to clear it of any bacterial growth… Overall, so thankful to him and others at Chill Bros for continuing to go above and beyond! 2021 and 2022 Review: Start to finish, excellent experience with the Chill Brothers team. From the moment I was contacted unsolicited by Brandon, through sales discussions with Johnny and subsequently with Joel Stewart and Jeremiah Lopez, the interaction was very friendly and professional. From initial quotes from Johnny to installation, over 6 months had elapsed and in the interim, I obtained additional bids for comparison purposes. Went back to Chill Bros due to their friendly persistence, knowledge and willingness to take the customer’s concerns into account. Finally, brought another friend who also was in the market, and together, we struck a deal with Joel and Jeremiah for replacement of 4 compete units (two houses). Installation date was readily available and pre-install visit by James went well. Gilbert Soto and crew did the installation and their work was meticulous, clean and very professional. From the moment I called the Chill Brothers in regards to my AC unit everything ran smoothly. An advisor came on Friday, pretty install Monday , new AC unit on Tuesday, post install on Friday, with this heat it was a real blessing!!! The team they have over there is AWESOME!!! We love Chill Brothers! Our sales rep Joel was so friendly and helpful with educating us on what we needed for our HVAC and what we were getting with our purchase. The installation process was quick, informative, and done very well. Gregory and the crew were great! A few days after the installation Troy and Jonan came out to double check that our system was operating properly and calibrated efficiently for our home. They were so kind and did a fantastic job making sure everything was taken care of and that we were happy with our results. They also gave us amazing tips and advice on how to keep our system clean and running properly for many years to come. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend their services!
Not only was Joel awesome with The Chill Brothers but they installed my entire HVAC to code and even upgraded my breakers and box. As an inspector I can appreciate the workmanship and the communication. Thanks Chill Brothers!!!!
EDIT: Wanted to add that, though the salesman and installation people were great, the office staff... not so much. I was promised call backs that never came by the office staff when trying to schedule the install date. I was promised that my down payment check would not be cashed until my tax refund had posted, and it was posted a few days after they got it, causing a hassle to deal with it. And, most disappointing to me, I was promised a $100 gift card to compensate for the troubles I had and never got it. I contacted my salesman a couple of times and he said he'd asked about it, but I haven't received it after 2 months and have given up on it. Taking a star away for that, but still happy with the rest of the crew. Technician Jonan Navarro came for after-install inspection and was very professional and polite. Very quick and efficient. My salesman, Steele James, explained everything thoroughly and was very responsive to any question or issue I had. There were a couple of hiccups, but everything was handled quickly. The install went smoothly and was cleaned up so you couldn't tell they'd been here. Gregory kept everything running and answered all my questions. Great company with some great people!
Jonan Navarro was very professional and answered all my questions. He found the unit in my attic leaking, fixed right the first time, and didn't try to over sell me anything. Talked me into their membership, and I feel that this company I'll be doing business with for a very long time!!! I had another company out here, and they tried to tell me it would be $10,000 to fix my issue. Jonan was here 5 minutes and fou d and fixed the problem. Thank you so much!!!
We recently had an AC until go out and called chill brothers to come look at it. They were prompt with their response and had someone out very quickly. The technician, Jonan Navarro, was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. He explained what the problem was, what caused it, and what he needed to do to fix it. He was quick and efficient and had the unit working quickly. I will be recommending him to be the one that comes out if we have problems in the future

False advertisement. 24/7 emergency response. I call Friday bc one unit is not cooling and dehumidifying. The humidity is over 70% and temperature will not reach set point. The unit is running continuously. They said the best they can do is Tuesday afternoon. I am leaving town so that doesn’t work. I guess my new expensive unit recently serviced by them is now contributing to mold growth and who knows what else in my home for weeks. Their service plan says they provide 2 filter changes. I pay monthly and provider came and said he would only do one. I had to complain before he would do the other. So $25k later and a monthly fee I’m stuck with being no better off than I was with my old unit.
We have called Chill Brothers out a couple of years in a row now to take a look at our unit and they have always been professional, polite, and more importantly honest. I never felt like they were just trying to sell me to make a sale. But today we bought and Brandon W was so kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. The customer service is top notch!

Super trustworthy. They always answer all my questions with detail! I also recommend them to family and they were able to help out with the humidity problem they were running into. 10/10 would recommend!
Just witnessed their truck driving like an absolute drunk. Swerving in and out of lanes while going WAY over the speed limit on Will Clayton. Maybe they have a very fast response time, but it shouldn't come at the cost of causing an accident, which they almost did several times
While Jonan Navarro called to indicate he was running late getting to our appointment he arrived within the stated window and had our system up and running within an hour or so of his arrival. Very knowledgeable and explained the work he performed.
