I have used Texas True Comfort as well recommended them many times. I have never been disappointed with the level of work and professionalism that I have received. By far the best company I have ever used.

Been using texas True Comfort for years on my properties and primary residence. They know their stuff and have always given me a fair price for their services.

It was time to have my Air conditioner and heater replaced, so I called three different places and had three different quotes. These were the "big guys," and let me tell you.... First of all, they sent salesmen to my home. These guys didn't know anymore about air-conditioning then I do, but they sure knew how to sell! Disgusted with the Big Guys (and struck dumb by their prices) I called Chris at Texas True Comfort. A neighbor of mine had used him and was *very* happy with his work. To make a long story short, Chris won the job. He knows what he's doing, he doesn't BS with sales games. He does fantastic work at a fraction of the price as the Big Guys. What more can you ask for?

I've used Chris' company a number of times over the years with my own residence and some of our rental properties. He has always been prompt, professional and done an excellent job. Texas True Comfort is our go-to HVAC company!

Texas True Comfort was such a blessing to our family! When our A/C unit failed us and we were left without any air conditioning and heating, we didn't know where to turn! In steps Chris Evans (owner) and his wife. They heard about our predicament through a mutual friend and stepped up to bless our family! They were professional and thorough! They met with us at our house to evaluate our situation. They went above and beyond what we could have imagined. They were able to meet our financial needs while still offering top notch products. They were able to change all of the aspects of our failing system and completely revamp the entire system. The company's owner cared for our family as if we were related to them. I would recommend anyone to this company. Their attention to detail and safety protocols were bar none. I appreciate this company and the work they did for my family!

Texas True Comfort is the only company that I call. They are always on time and are very professional. They are very proficient in what they do. I also like the fact that they don't take advantage of your situation, they are very honest and true to their word and work. If you are ever in need you should call them, I always do.

As a one person business owner who does things "By The Book", I put pride in my workmanship, call back customers very quickly, and set a high standard for work. Unfortunately, a lot of the air conditioning repair companies near me don't share the same values. I've had two separate companies no show on the appointment date or cancel the hour of an appointment. Chris Evans with Texas True Comfort answers his phone, or if he's working, calls back within fifteen minutes. I've never had a bad experience with him, and I trust recommending him to my customers for their heating and cooling needs.

My husband and I met Chris, of Texas True Comfort, at the NRG Home and Garden Show in February 2019. While speaking with Chris, we became so impressed with his honesty and knowledge. Over the next few weeks he took care of several matters involving our HVAC system. Chris is extremely reliable and he followed-up as promised after each service call. They did a great job. The owner kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. The financing was quick and easy, he explained everything. He worked with me, and then he did the entire job with his team in 1.5 days. Everything is changed out, and in full functioning order. I highly recommend this company.

I'd been having issues with my AC unit since purchasing this house. I've had at least 3 technicians come to my home. One would get the unit running, then it would break 6 weeks later. The 2nd man told me that it would cost a lot that he would give me a quote, and then I never heard from him again. The third Tech came into my house, stood at the entrance and gave me an outrageous quote without looking at anything. Finally I decided to check the nextdoor app, and search recommendations by my neighbors. The highest rated and most mentioned company was Texas True Comfort. I texted them on a weekend, simply looking for a quote and found out through their page that they offered financing. He came that week, looked through everything, and gave me a quote via email. Not only was his price the best we have gotten, it was about what I had been hoping for, and was in my budget. He changed everything in my house. Ducts, both units outside, the units in the attic, thermostats even the metal grids that hold the filters. Everything is brand new, and works perfectly. For the first time in 10 years I am actually looking forward to the upcoming Texas Summer. That says so much. Chris' team is very polite, understanding about my family's needs, and cleaned up after themselves. I have no regrets, and will always recommend this company. Thank you!
