Scogin Aire and this technician Anselmo are a rare find. An honest, knowledgeable and professional technician, I have great respect for this man, and I do appreciate Scogin employing people like this. It shows they care about their customers and their business reputation. I am so thankful we have found a trusted ac company after so many years of being ripped off and mistreated by sub par companies and their techs. We will definitely use these guys from now on.

Always show up when they say. Very courteous and never leave a mess. They explain the issues and price very well up front. I highly recommend them for your HVAC service needs. I also use them for the company I work for, so no job is to large for them.
Mikes whole service team from the office personnel to his expert group of technicians did and has done a great job all the work performed and my home. They have been on time, professional, reasonably priced, available and able to identify what the problem is and make the repairs as necessary.

We're extremely pleased with the service provided by Scogin-Aire. The repairman was on time, professional and friendly, protected his shoes with booties, and explained what was done. We've used Scogin-Aire for many years, and will continue to use the company.

Had an issue with our heater blowing really hot in the master bedroom. Called Scogin-Aire. They came out and found a broken damper on the duct which was blowing all the hot air into our bedroom. They got the part and fixed the issue quickly. They also noticed other issues but suggested a plan for maintenance and repairs over time to get more value out of my aging equipment. They didn't just try to sell me a bunch of stuff too early. They educated me on a plan for when things will likely go out as my system is approaching 20 years old and what's needed now versus what has a little more life in it. I appreciated their honest approach.
They were on time and very proffessional. All of my questions were answered. When the work was complete, they showed AND explained to me exactly what was done. I will use them again. I highly recommend them.

Scogin Aire is simply the best...period. They have done a great job in the past and did so today involving a minor wiring issue. Michael and his team are very experienced and skilled technicians and know their business well, are very attentive and informative, and explain the issues and how to resolve them. Pricing is honest and fair - something you don't often get on residential services. Scogin is my HVAC company for life!!
We highly recommend Scogin Aire for your heating and AC needs. We had an issue with our AC unit and Michael personally came out at the end of the day to assess the problem and resolve the issue. He was very responsive and explained the issue in terms I could understand. They performed the install and made improvements to existing system to make it more efficient. Completely satisfied with their service and will not hesitate to use them in the future should the need arise.
Call Scogin-Aire mechanical about replacing my old AC compressing unit and evaporator core before the summer got here, to save money and not have the unit break in the middle of summer. Free estimate, fair price, professional work, I'm happy.
I have been a customer of Mike since 2012. I was remodeling my home and wanted an HVAC capacity plan. The A/C repair company I was using, recommended Scogin-Aire as they did not have the means to create the plan. Mike let me know my system was more than adequate for my existing home. The problem was I did not have insulation over part of my ceiling. His team also installed a complete new system for me at that time for my addition. I have had his team to my house to fix capacitors and to replace A/C units at least three times. My home was built in 1998 and has 4 A/C units. Mike fixes only the parts that need to be fixed. I have never had a complete A/C replaced. This makes me a very happy customer. I just used Mike's team this week to replace one of my original heaters. I have recommended Scogin-Aire to friends multiple times. One other note. He appears to have great employee retention as I have had the same technician to my house the entire time I have been a customer.
