Excellent service
When I had questions and concerns about my ac units I was given great advice and a quick solution. This company is always there to take care of me and it’s nice to know they have my back if my ac ever goes out again.

They have very high markup on products. Otherwise it’s okay. They sold me capacitor for 300. Ridiculous.
My ac did not work this past Sunday. I googled reviews and saw Prestige. they came out in less than an hour Sunday afternoon. The technician Caleb was professional. He quickly found the problem left and returned shortly with a part and we were up and running in no time. I definitely recommend Prestige! I was so grateful for the quick response and solution on a late Sunday afternoon. Thank you so much!!
Brian Gesner, owner at Prestige, will always make sure you are 100% happy. He doesn’t settle for less than that and will never tell you “it is what it is”. BrianGesner and his crew are absolutely amazing my heater went out during the ice storm in February of 2021 and they came out the day of the storm and got us up and running, changed out our whole system during a freeze, we sold our house since then and had to change our system at the new house yesterday we are up and running now,Prestige is a godsend thank you very much from the Rueben family we got the yearly maintenance plan and during the scheduled inspection they found mold that had been building up for a long period of time that we did not know about and was causing our kids to get sick who had severe asthma i cant thank the team enough for their knowledge and expertise the service we had was priceless, we are forever grateful thank you Prestige.
I give 3 stars because I moved into a brand new 2 story house and during this cold weather upstairs is warm downstairs it’s an icebox. Technician came out and said that’s the number one complaint by customers the downstairs is always colder than upstairs. I understand he rises but you would figure that if this is a large complaint that these companies will try to figure out how to balance the system out instead of just saying well that’s the number one complaint. Lesson learned in buying a new house no more two stories after this one.
I was referred to Prestige Heating & A/C by my parents and I contacted them about a leak I had in my drip pan. They came out and were able to fix my issue quickly. I was very happy with their services and would definitely recommend them to others needing Heating or A/C work.

Don't you hate calling A/C repair companies? Well I found this gem, I had a furnace repair, then a coil replacement and later servicing for 4 units. Brian over there is the real deal, no BS no gouging and his folks are very courteous care about your house and work quickly and professionally.
I used Prestige for HVAC install and maintenance at two of my homes and have always had a good experience. Their technicians and managers are very organized. They are reasonably priced and willing to work with varied budgets with honest opinions about the quality of products you'll be getting.
Brian rescued my mother during this horrible winter storm! Even though they must be swamped with calls, he went to her house and shut off the water leak and the water heater before it burst causing even more damage. His wife took her drinking water because I couldn’t get there until the roads and gas stations opened. They did this out of total kindness for complete strangers. Hands down...This is now our plumbing and HVAC company
Prestige gets 5 stars across the board from me! These guys have worked on my houses for the last 15 years, and I will always go back to them. Pablo is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Brian is great and easy to work with. If I ever call them with a need they are incredibly fast to get back to me. I definitely recommend Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning
I have used Prestige multiple times through the last couple of years and have always been happy with their service. We have had multiple units repaired and replaced, as well as our ductwork. The prices have always been fair and the work has been done quickly and on time. Any time something has gone wrong, the technicians have been very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are always very fast to get out to me and take care of things whenever I need them.
