We had Mike from Morrow Mechanical come and service our two AC systems, and I found him incredibly professional. I really liked how responsive he was to the concerns we had with our units and duct configuration. He answered all our questions and made it an educational experience for me. I will absolutely call Morrow later this fall for some additional work we need to have done.
Scott Spears was courteous, on time and very knowledgeable and thourough.
Matt came out to tune up our AC a couple of times. I was really impressed by him. He was very knowledgeable and taught me about the unit. Neither time did he seem rushed to get to his next appointment which I appreciated. I recommend Morrow to everyone I know.
We really appreciated Matt Keville’s honesty, helpfulness and flexibility with our family. We will definitely be using Morrow Mechanical again in the future!
Samual was very professional. He took the time to explain what was going on. He was able to give us ac with a non functional board. Then the following day came out and replaced the board. He marked our duct work off the furnace to show which line went where. I would recommend samual and morrow to anyone. He went above and beyond.
Very professional and polite men did our A/C install. Jordan Cameron,Oscar,Noah & Deterrious did an exceptional job.
Trevor came out because my downstairs unit was not cooling. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and took the time to answer all my questions and explain common problems with these old (20+ years) systems. I opted to go ahead and replace the entire system and I have no doubt that they will do a fantastic job!

Just had a wonderful experience with technician, Jarrod. He worked non stop until the job was done and done properly. He arrived at 12:15 and left at 9:30. Wow!

Air conditioning had quit working and they sent out their technician, Josh again to my home (he had previously come out for repairs). He is very informative, honest and makes sure all is working before leaving. If I have issues with my A/C in the future hopefully he will be the technician they send out.

I had my seasonal mentanance service done by Jordon Rivera , I informed him of a respitory problem that I was experiencing from my unit was installed 5-6 years ago He recommended the air purification system Patriot PCO . I was so happy to hear of a system that would help me to feel better that I Immediately told him to install this system not Knowing if it would solve my health problem( Respitory congestion flue like congestion, constanty reaccuring) . Well Jordan installed these systems in both my A/C units and I have not been sick since I Slept restfuly that night every night since, and Have not been sick since. Jordon is very informative listen to his customer and very familiar with the product His company offers , he also Came out to address a issue with my out side Unit making noise he diognosed the problem As a issue with the fan Blair, reassured me the That there was no immediate defect with the Moter or the unit , I like that he took the time to explaine to me what I would observe if The unit was really going bad and what the Possible cause of the noise was. He knows his product he is calm ,professional And respectful to me his customer just a outstanding employee.
Through both rain and shine, Alan along with his crew Andy and Eddie were able to install a brand new furnace and outdoor unit for our trailer home all in one day. They were respectful of our home while working in there and communicated with us at every opportunity. Our follow up with Jordan went great as well and he was able to give the final touches on the adjustments. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
Mike was fantastic. He arrived on time and explained in detail what he needed to do to in order to ensure my AC system was in good working order for the upcoming Summer months. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he patiently walked me through the “what” and “why” behind what needed to be fixed to ensure our system was healthy and ready for the demanding Summer months ahead. Mike’s passion for his profession and his care for customers is more than apparent in how he approaches his work.
