Purchased a new home with 2 Trane units installed by Majestic. Within 2 months 1 unit needed a new compressor. In addition they have been out to my home no less than 15 times to attempt to balance my home. My Primary bedroom A/C is still 7 degrees cooler than both my kitchen and guest bedroom. This system was designed and installed by majestic on a brand new home utilizing numerous cascading “Y” splits in the duct work.
Good check up on A/C and discussion with Jacob about the condition of the system. We probably will replace our units when Texas sends us our pay raise for retired educators.
Called this morning, during a huge Texas heatwave, Jacob showed up on time, was very respectful and courteous. He was extremely honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend majestic. ask for Jacob.
Frank was working on our neighbors home when our AC unit went out after a thunderstorm. I went up and asked if he’d be willing to take a look at ours. It was close to the end of his day, but he was willing to come and take look. He was able to very quickly diagnose, communicated the cost, and had it repaired within 30 minutes. Would absolutely recommend!
David Weems and the install team were the ultimate professionals. I can not say anything negative about the whole experience.
Frank the technician is top notch. He found my air scrubber was out and replaced it with a new internal cell / uv bulb. He replaced my airfilter in the attic unit as well. Hopefully my wife's allergies will be better now. This company has installed 3 different units for me and they were high efficiency Trane and Mitsubishi. My electric bill dropped 100 dollars the next month after the whole house Trane installation. I have only used them for maintenance and service on all 3 units because of the caliber of this company, especially their employees. Best I have ever used in my life.. and I am 69 years old, so have tried a few others before finding this great company. Also, Debbie, in the office, is One-Of-A-Kind person. Very Rare to find such good people nowadays.

Rudy was very nice. Today we have David. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything. He was very patience and went through in detail. He explained different systems and their advantage. Excellent.
Our AC went out on a Friday! Scheduling was a nightmare b/c pretty much everyone around has gone out too! Huge heat wave! And Matt SAVED US!! Came late- worked us in along with I don’t know how MANY other grateful people! Saved our weekend plans! Can’t THANK MATT ENOUGH!!
The Technican was a super nice guy. He check out the system and couldn’t find anything wrong. His opinion , The unit needed a deep clean. however , he was not able to do that the same day. I’m not sure but it might have something to do with the fact they schedule me in the afternoon and last appointment. This is very disappointing as I had to make special arrangements to be in town , missing work. I now have to reschedule this and miss another day.
The heat is on. It’s 100 degrees and the fan blade isn’t turning. I thought I destroyed my AC. But ulices and co. Came to the rescue. After diagnosing the problem. We waited a moment and like magic, the blade turned and my house cooled down. I was saved from the brutal heat after being added to an already full schedule. I’m very happy to call Majestic any time!

Majestic Air replaced all HVAC equipment and added a dehumidifier to our home. They were efficient and worked diligently. The new equipment replaced a unit that was 21 years old. Of course Majestic maintained the equipment for several years before replacement. Great company!

Tanner performed annual maintenance/repair on my 3 A/C units. Tanner is very professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused. He explained the work performed & answered all of my questions. I strongly recommend him and will request him to perform all future work on my HVAC system.
