Emergency AC is truly oriented around customer service, competitive pricing on equipment, and installing rapidly based on the needs of their clients. I received multiple quotes on everything from other companies and Emergency AC surpassed them all! From Todd, Brook and Eric, their employees are diligent, humble and knowledgeable. They answered my million and one questions right away without pause. They also worked with my insurance company which will be sending a small check to help with the costs. Many companies will not even work with you or hike up the estimates if they know that you have a home warranty company. Not Emergency AC, they were transparent and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. The install went well since they completed all necessary measurements, recommended the best equipment, etc. They have the best warranties to back up their work and equipment compared to anyone else out there! They earned their 5 stars and I will continue to recommend them to any of my family or friends that are in need of their services! We did a lot of research prior to selecting Emergency AC and we know that you will see it too! They are the absolute best!! Stay cool Houston:) It's a Jalepeno Popper out there!

No price gouging. Quick service. Todd was strait forward and did not try to push something we didn’t need. Turnaround was super fast! Would definitely use again and recommend to others!
After spending one night in the heat I knew I had to get my compressor and furnace replaced. After requesting quotes on Angie's list at 6AM I was contacted by Tod before 8. He was able to make it to me by 11 and gave me the cheapest quote for the best system. By 3 I had completed all necessary paperwork and was on the schedule for the next morning to replace my unit. The two gentlemen who showed up did an amazing job. I will always recommend Tod and his colleagues. The experience from start to finish was top tier.
Everything went great. Todd explained all the details very well, making sure I got what I needed. The company's financing was smotty and appreciated. On top of all that, instillation was a smooth process. You also can't beat their prices, especially for the products you get. I had 6 different quotes and inspections. They were the most knowledgeable, best prices, and fastest service.
They did a great job 👍 installing my new unit and didn't leave till it was done. Great job!

Very pleased with the outcome . The crew came and installed the condenser unit where has every other A/C company would have been 2 weeks waiting period and their Veteran owned which is a plus for me. The crew showed up and had the condenser unit installed in 100 degree weather. hard working men and they were very polite. God bless them .because It’s hard to trust in a world full of deception. Bruce was exceptional, he spent time talking to me so he could truly understand what I was hoping to accomplish regarding cooling my home. Instead of pushing for an unnecessary expense for me he explained what I had done, radiant barrier, extra insulation, was the best I could do at this time.
from the moment I spoke to Bruce I felt comfortable with them, he set up an appt for Todd to come give an estimate the next day, even though it stormed the night before Todd was prompt and personable. no heavy sales pitch and gave a great price to replace my unit. they came earlier than expected and Roberto and his crew got the job done to my satisfaction. I felt for these guys working in this heat today on the roof. I can't thank you guys enough!! From start to finish they are great, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing quick and affordable A/C service. Again thank you for getting my air up and running.

Communication was not very good or accurate. I would not recommend them. The install of the heating and the return air was very shoddy. I will have to pay to make it not look so hideous.
They were here ahead of schedule and they called me and asked me if they could come out early.
Technician arrived and went straight to task. Quality workmanship, highly professional. Technician took the time to explain what step he took in order to effect repairs.
Great experience, service was delivered as agreed upon and the install team was awesome very detail and knowledgeable about the job.
