Jeff was quick to respond, explained things with great knowledge. He is an honest and trustworthy person. I would give more stars if I could.
Can't say enough good things about Jeff and his crew. They are professionals who stand behind the quality of their work. He installed a new condenser and evaporator for me and found subpar work from past repairs. He and his crew took the time to fix the issues and make sure the job was done right. These guys are LEGIT.
Jeff is AMAZING! Installed a 4 ton Carrier unit, upgraded the ductwork and a thermostat to work more efficiently. After purchasing a home, it became apparent that the AC was not working correctly because the house was not cooling. My daughter recommended Jeff after I remarked how cool their house was at my son-in-law’s birthday party! Within a few hours of a phone call the next morning, Jeff arrived to diagnose my system and found that it was not only leaking freon but the 20 year old ductwork, thermostats etc. were inefficient. He was very informative and patiently gave me several options. I chose to replace the unit and it proved to be a great decision for me personally. While I was helping movers move out of the old house, Jeff and his crew showed up ahead of schedule at my new house and began installing a 4 ton unit, changing/upgrading the ductwork, install a new vent and thermostat (great thermostat and easy to use that will link to my phone). Even with doors open on a hot and humid day while the movers were moving furniture into my new home it was a world of difference!!! Within a few hours, he and his amazing crew had me and my 91 year old mother in cool comfort. He has a big heart because he said didn’t want us to spend the weekend in a hot house. ❤️ Highly recommend Ambient Air!🤩 Thank you Jeff!
I have too many good things to say about this company. Jeff is professional, honest, responsive and knows his work well. He and his guys have replaced our ducts and a full new ac install within the last 6 months. His prices are on par for what I need in my house and are MUCH better than the big AC companies. I'd rather support a local small business in the Spring area anyway. Give them a call!
We had Jeff with Ambient Heating and Cooling out to replace our twenty year old units. He worked with us on the right units for our home and for our needs. His crew was very professional and fast. I recommend Ambient to all of my family and friends!

Our AC unit stopped working in mid August in the Texas Heat. Jeff from Ambient promptly came to inspect our unit and was able to replace it in the same day. His crew was professional and quick. I’ll definitely use him again in the future.
Super responsive! Every time we've called and that's usually late at night someone has been out early the next day and at the time they quoted. The first time it was the owner himself. Always very knowledgeable and not out to overcharge we were very impressed with the service. His tech Ray is so polite and very good at explaining what's going on. Hard to find such an honest company who cares about your comfort as much as these guys do! Highly recommend!
Jeff, was very professional and efficient. His team was polite and did an excellent job. The house is so comfortable now. I will use him and refer his company to anyone who asked for a honest AC company. Keep up the good work!
I have used Ambient in the past and never hesitate to call Jeff when I need maintenance, repair or replacement. He always delivers in a prompt, efficient, honest and courteous way. His professionalism is beyond reproach and I do not hesitate to recommend his company for your HVAC needs. Great company.
My furnace board was fried from moisture during freeze and my heat would not come on after the power was restored. Jeff was the only one to respond to my call during this time and he was at my house less than an hour later and had it diagnosed. He acquired parts as soon as supply houses opened and had it repaired in less than 24 hours and my heat was back on. It's in these unusual times of emergency when you will find out who the people are you will always call first. Jeff is honest and genuine when it comes to repairs and offering new system installations. This is hard to come by these days.
We called Jeff at Ambient today (2/16/21) because after getting our power turned back on from the severe winter weather and outages, our furnace wouldn't kick back on. I tried lighting the pilot (at which point I learned, it was an ignitor-style). Having cleaned the heating element, to no avail, I had reached the end of my DIY rope. I called Jeff and told him the problem. He told us he could be out the following morning to give it a look but asked that I send him some pictures of the model number and serial to see if he had any potential parts on hand. He then gave me some easy-to-follow advice on how to restart the whole system, and lo and behold, it worked! Jeff went above and beyond to help us and to get our house warm again. I would recommend his service to ANYONE looking for a local expert in heating and cooling! THANK YOU SO MUCH JEFF, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH THIS MEANT TO US DURING THIS WINTER WEATHER EVENT!!
Jeff was great! They used my warranty, installed my part and had me running in no time. He charged me a fraction of the other guys! Will def use again.
Small, Local Company. I called with a problem and spoke with Jeff the owner. He was easy to talk to and explained things to me clearly. In the end they lived up to what it says on their website - FAIR, HONEST, and AFFORDABLE. I recommend these guys 100%.

OMG, forever more to be our one and only heating and cooling GO TO GUY! I I really can not express how impressed I am with this level of competency and honesty. I spent a half hour or longer on the phone with Jeff. Our AC unit was at the end of it's lifespan. He explained fully what my options are for our AC system. Honest to a fault, gave examples that are real world and in layman terms. Explained how the system works and how this heat and humidity we have right now multiplies the stress on a home unit, and what we might want to do, from one extreme to the other, cost wise. We did all we could to get it to limp along for another year. When that failed he installed our new unit for 1-3K LESS than the competition had quoted us, and our home is now CHILLY in this heat. Could not be happier with Ambient and Jeff's service, and practices.
