I used this company in 2016 to install a new a/c and heating etc which they did a fantastic job and have never had any issues but I thought I would go ahead and call them for a maintenance checkup since summer is coming. This company now sends out an email with the service technician's name and picture to inform you they are on the way. That is so helpful to know who is coming to your home, especially these days. Thank you Jeff S. for being so prompt and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this company and I highly recommend them.
They just charged my boss 600.00 for a bad condensor...That itself is absolutely ridiculous!The air worked for 1 day and went out again...we called someone else out and it was the fan motor... he fixed it for 250.00...Airsimplicity didn't wanna fix it correctly because it was an old unit...We will never use them again...
I started using this company back in 2007. They were great and even had a new inside and outside AC unit and heating unit install in 2009. Over next 10 years had no problems but since then the service has gone down and price has gone up. They say they are still own by the original owner but believe they have been purchase by marketing firm because there prices way to high now. I know have gone up but there prices now are way to high for the quality of service you get now. I think I will be looking for a AC company now and refer them anymore.

Michelle works really hard to keep customers happy and works so well with her team. They are professional and let you know what to expect. Mark does his best to remember you by name and the situation you have and is willing to help as swiftly as he can. The tech came out and he was able to assist my A/C unit and give all details for us to understand and make a sound decision. Will recommend others to try them. Overall a great company to work with and glad I came across this business.

The manager herself was able to get someone here within 24 hours. We are so grateful. The technicians were early and polite. They also weren’t pushy and understood we were on a budget. I will definitely be using them for my ac and heating upkeep!
They got here early. It took the technician less than 1 minute to find the issue! He had the parts on hand to fix it. They fixed my ac, and cleaned it in less than 15 minutes. It was extremely affordable. No price gouging, it was inline with home advisors estimated repair costs to fix the issue. And most importantly they were very professional and polite. Out of all the repairs I’ve had done on my house since moving here in November, this was the best experience I’ve had with a technician.

CHOOSE AIRSIMPLICITY...!!!! I moved into a rental house that I owned in Spring several months ago. While I had it rented out, over the years, I had a couple of different HVAC Companies come out to service the system. I never had a good feeling about any of them, and they seemed to always just put band-aids on it, and the fixes were temporary. I learned of Airsimplicity through an organization I belong to. I called them for a cooling issue several months back. The Technician was prompt and called ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would arrive. The "fix" was a correction of a previous "fix" by a different Company. The price was very fair and I am comforted in knowing that it has been correctly repaired. About 2 months ago I decided to replace my old Thermostat with a digital programmable Thermostat. I had some issues with it not controlling heat [furnace], so I called Airsimplicity. The owner took my call and walked me through the process and got it working properly in a matter of a minute or 2. I will never choose anyone but Airsimplicity to handle any of my future HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone in need. Q was our AC Technician and he has been very efficient and knowledgeable in repairing our AC and Heating systems. He has made every effort in getting the parts from different stores stores to restore our air and heating systems completed the same day. The Air Simplicity company as a whole is very reliable and make every effort to get a technician out the same day. Even on weekends or holidays they are able to get you scheduled on the same day or within 24 or 48 hrs. I highly recommend Q and Air Simplicity for all your AC/ Heating systems needs.

Called AirSimplicity to move my AC Condenser, which was blocking my side yard to a better spot in the backyard. The price quoted was reasonable, and the two workers came well prepared and completed the job with no problems or issues. I am very pleased with the results.

I called this morning because our upstairs was 84* even though the thermostat showed 72*. They were able to get a tech out to me right away. Q (the tech) was so respectful, thorough, and professional and went through everything with me so we could figure out why my upstairs AC wasn’t working. Once he diagnosed the problem which was the capacitor, he went over cost with me and was very quick. And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend!
