UPDATE: 02/05/2019 After several months and numerous service calls the system seems to be operating in a reasonably acceptable manner. The owner, Mr. David Chippie, has seemed sincere in his desire to make things right, but it should not have taken six months to remedy the problems. I've increased my rating from one to four stars.

I appreciate them coming out on a Tuesday evening at 10pm, but they are not an honest company. Quoted me 3100$ to change an evap coil due to a "leak" First of all, evap coils themselves are only about 500-600$ at the most. We had many different companies come out and all 6 of them could not find a leak. Turned out it was the capacitor that needed to be replaced. Don't come to this company! They saw us as in need of our air asap and tried to take advantage.

Air went out on 4th of July was charged just service call no extra for Holiday. Tech was very fast to arrive and also very kind to my kids needs. So glad I called.
Sean Sterling is one of Houston area Top HVACR Technician I've ever seen. He's very knowledgeable in his professional diagnosis, and is able to explain to a six year old child the mechanics and functions of AC/Heating Unit. I would highly recommend, Sean Sterling to anyone, family and friends.
Excellent service. My a/c stopped blowing cold. I contacted Air Assurance and a tech was out that same day. He could have written up all sorts of things that were wrong with the a/c up to a total replacement. However, the culprit was simple a very dirty air filter and, the thermostat needed to be replaced. Added some freon and that was it. Thank you!!!!

I will recommend air assurance to anyone looking for quick fair service. I called on a Sunday morning and my air was cooling by early Sunday afternoon, everyone was so professional.
Called air assurance for a 2nd opinion due to the fact that the company I had out seemed to have problems diagnosing the problem and recommended I needed to change my air conditioning, air assurance was recommended to by a friend after calling them Sean arrived within an hour of calling and diagnosed the problem and my house, kids and dogs were cooling in no time, needless to say all I needed was a small part on the outside unit. Thank you air assurance for cooling off my house so quickly.
I hate the heat and rely 1000% on Air Assurance to keep my central air conditioning system running throughout the year, keeping the temperature in my home at or below 72 degrees. Each year, they come out and do seasonal maintenance and when there are issues, they are honest about them and very fair with the fees. The few times I came home to find no air conditioning, they came out after hours at no extra charge and helped me keep my cool. I can do without a lot, but AC is not something I can do without. I strongly recommend Air Assurance for all your air conditioning needs. They are awesome : )
These guys were great. They made a simple repair to get me by until I can afford new unit. Will recommend Air Assurance all day long, they were honest and did a FANTASTIC JOB! Other company I called wanted 3x as much for the same fix, and were really pushy about the new unit. But not Air Assurance!
